The flight was late and they had no one working in the evening. I had to cancel the reservation and go with Avis. I was not informed that they had no evening staff. I will never use Airport Van again and I will recommend against anyone else using them.Reviewed 23 Jul. 2024

Too long to get picked up. Doing paperwork took too long and agent made thing very confusing. Didn’t get paper copies of bill. Then found out location closes at 4:00 pm. And no ride back to airport. Agent said get an Uber or walk across street to another company and get a ride. Will never use this AVR again!!!!!Reviewed 18 Jul. 2024

No working telephone number at Dalles Fort Worth Airport and the office was not located in terminal, it requires two shuttle3s to get to the rental location. Additionally, they close at 4p.m. My flight arrived 3:30p.m. I did not end up renting from them because of timeline and extremely poor communications. National office tried to help but issue was with the local office.Reviewed 17 Jul. 2024

Awful the lady at counter was so mad and didn’t support us as customer. Basically she just dropped the keys off to us. Also, she spoke too fast and told us that $200 were going to be refunded and I see they are still on my credit card.Reviewed 5 Jul. 2024

Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. Got vehicle with half a tank, which should of been a sign, if they can’t fill it what else won’t they do. Drove it to hotel. Tire had a slow leak. Woke up to flat tire. Called AVR, no answer, so called road side assistance option, after beening on hold finally get someone, said they will come. No one came for four days i had the rental. No would answer phone, mailbox was full. Spent over a thousand in uber to get around, and paid 60 dollars a day in parking to have van sit there. Never experienced such terrible service in 25 years of being on the road. Can’t imagine if i was i on the freeway. Hopefully get reimbursed, still waiting.Reviewed 26 Jun. 2024

Pick up was slow because they only had one employee working but she worked hard to get the job done quickly, was professional and the process was smooth. Car was ready and cooled off waiting for us - since it was 111 out that was really appreciated! Drop off after hours was easy and we simply walked across the street to catch the free shuttle to the airport terminal. Great value for the money - I rented a full size suv for the price of the compact with the competitors. I’d rent from them again!Reviewed 25 Jun. 2024
