It was Poor first the lady that take care of me was rude and not helpful. I need to rent a car in Dallas and dropped off in San Antonio and she ask for a credit card and my flight tickets!!! Do she care where I’m going ? Why I have to explain my travel routine to someone I didn’t know !!!Reviewed 24 Oct. 2023

they were rude and they had all these other rules that I had not had read about. I will never rent from them ever again as the car was dirty and I was basically told it was my fault if I took the car. Pros:The staff at the pickup was great!!! The car was excellent and provided a safe journey over our 1600 mile trip.Cons:At pickup and drop off, we ended up going to the old Thrifty locations and had to be redirected to the Right location. Communicating that you have merged companies and local ions for drop off and pick up would be really helpful. But I’m the end, your staff at DAL and LAX we super awesome and friendly.Reviewed 30 May 2021

Pros:Wouldn't take my Chime credit card after I booked online with it. Didn't have any other card so couldn't get the rental. Priceline charged me a $75 cancellation fee when I literally had no choice l. Worst experience ever being stranded at an airport unable to get a car.Cons:Put on the website that they wouldn't take Chime and not allow it to go through.Reviewed 18 May 2021

Cons:Every aspect from pickup to delivery. Especially the false information that the office would be open at 5 o’clock in the morning the day of delivery and that an airport shuttle ran every five minutes at 5 o’clock in the morning and getting to the airport would be absolutely no problem. This was completely false and we had to walk 3/4 of a mile to the airport carrying our luggage and made it to our gate just as they were getting ready to shut the door. The car is extremely poorly maIntained, including one tire that had 54 pounds of air in it and another rear tire that was so low on air pressure we were afraid it would blow out and had to find air before we could get on the interstate. The lady that rented us the car spent an ungodly amount of time just Chitty chatting about everything to the point that we finally had to tell her it was 830 at night and we have been on an airplane for nine hours and had to go to our motel to save our reservation. Then what we asked her about delivery of the vehicle, the time the office opened, and the questions about the shuttle running at 5 o’clock in the morning were answered completely false and almost caused us to miss our flight The morning that we return the vehicleReviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:Friendly staff, easy pickup and return.Cons:The address where I was told to pickup is a closed location. I took Uber to pickup the car so then I had to call and be on hold for awhile to find out where to pick the car up then go to the other location.Reviewed 5 Apr. 2021
