Pros:drop off was easy and when shuttle was going late, the guy offered to drive me to terminal, but then the shuttle showed up.Cons:1. They forced me to buy the more expensive insurance. They wouldn't rent the car unless I did. Another lady refused and they let her go, so my rental ended up costing 3x. 2. It took forever to get the car because they kept forcing the up-sell, while the family was waiting. It felt like a mafia run rental agency. 3. The car didn't have a front license plate and instead had this big piece of paper pasted to front windshield that obstructed passenger view.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2020

Cons:Terrible service! They said it was mandatory to buy their insurance and that my card wasn’t enough. I asked Juan (supervisor) to show me where in their policy it stated this and he went to reach for it but then he said that the paperwork was moved by someone and he couldn’t show me. The folder with all their company policies was right in front of us but he refused to open it and show me. A total scam by these workers there!! I rented with Ace and they didn’t force anything on me 3 days before. Terrible customer service! Never rent here again!Reviewed 12 Nov. 2019

Cons:I never got the car, they tried to get me for more money when I arrived. I have rented several times and used third party insurance to cover the car. They insisted that the purchased insurance would not cover anything, they really tried to scam me. They started quoting insurance in the excess of $1300 until I was fed up with their approach and they tried to offer me coverage for$100 walking out the door. Internationally I will rent from My resorts from this point forward!!!! Word to the wise! Had I not rented before I probably would have believed them like I seen many others do!Reviewed 31 Oct. 2019

Pros:They didn't communicate price very well. We were originally told $25-30 per day when we called them. When we got there it was almost twice that, plus they wanted a $500 deposit they didn't tell us about. They ended up giving us the car for close to what they originally said plus a $300 depositCons:Communicate pricing more clearly from the start next time and mention the deposit. I also blame kayak for not posting pricing through the app. It originally said our trip would cost $4, which obviously isn't accurate. Don’t rent with Europcar in CaboPros:Finally got the right car that I booked a day lateCons:Forced to take insurance even after I provided proof thru credit card. Given wrong SUV and charged more because it was larger. It broke down after 2 starts. Left in random part of Cabo for 2.5 hours while we waited for them to deliver another SUV. Dishonest employees.
