Cons:I reserved a mid-size sedan but they gave ma sub-compact. ThenEurocar forced me to buy their CDW insurance, an expense that was not clearly stated when I made my online reservation and doubled the stated price, and then they told me I had damaged the car and wanted more money, but finally agreed to no extra chargesReviewed 30 Dec. 2020

Cons:We rented a car in Santo Domingo, DR a month in advance. When we arrived they did not have our car but their good friend next door had one (3 times the price though). I will NEVER even spell the word EUROPCAR again in my life.Reviewed 7 Jul. 2019

Absolutely TerriblePros:I've rented cars in foreign countries and never had a horrid experience like this. Unbelievable.Cons:Tried to charge me on the front end even though they didn't have the proper vehicle we reserved. On the back end, would not allow to review a copy of the contract I SIGNED after trying to upcharge me. Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION. NO. Seriously. You will regret it like I did. Bad servicePros:NothingCons:Requirements to rent the car change by the minute. They try to force you with different tactics to purchase their insurance even when your credit card covers insurance.
