1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was stuck in some horrible "artist" room with no TV. They said they were sold out and so rather than being in a regular room I was stuck with the weird room in the basement. Hated it.

Pros: Location

Pros: We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with large windows. Loved the penguins!
Cons: I would prefer the lobby to be more inviting. If it had the vibe of the restaurant and bar, it would be better in my opinion. The shower needed to be cleaned a bit better. There was mold beginning to grow near the bottom areas of tile.

Pros: The location, great staff and overall impression of the property.
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is a short walk to the heart of Nashville nightlife. The room was very nice, and the museum pieces make the hotel unique.
Cons: I think the pricing is a bit high for the overall package. But that same sentiment applies to a lot of the Nashville downtown hotels. We travel quite a bit, so the pricing for Nashville hotels comes as a bit of a shock when compared to other locations.

Pros: Loved the decor, the room amenities, coffee service
Cons: The hot water broke and never came back The room did not get cleaned during the day and when I asked for it to be cleaned, the housekeeper only cleaned the bedroom but not the bathroom

Pros: Everything else was fine
Cons: Too small, sticky floor, the only plus about parking is valet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Basement restaurant and hidden bar
Cons: We went to the roof top bar and there was no place to sit due to a private party area. I understand but still inconvenient.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly nice and the staff was great. Very helpful. We had several problems but they were handled.
Cons: The staff was great and problems were handled. The car was not valeted and was left on the street one night. We were not charged for that night but there is a 5-inch scratch in the door of the car. Our keys didn’t work the second night either.
4.0 Okay
Pros: modern, clean and stylish. staff was well trained and friendly. walking distance from bars and restaurants.
Cons: rooms were tiny, no place to unpack or even eat room service. tiny elevators one of which was not working. no tub, barely room to walk around the bed
6.8 Good
Pros: Very beautiful hotel with attention to detail
Cons: It’s very noisy, in 3 days we stayed, we asked 3 times to switch rooms to higher floor. There is a bar outside and you can hear music until 2am. If you ask for higher floors, there is some kind of HVAC unit on the roof and you clearly can hear it working., very loud.

Pros: Location
Cons: My room was very small. Was not cleanest stay I have ever had. And was very loud and not relaxing.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was great! The staff were very nice, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: It was kind of pricey and the room was not very clean. On the wall next to the bed, there had clearly been something splattered on it and wasn’t cleaned up. Visible area in the bathroom that look like they’d only had a quick rag past over...honestly the whole room just needed a little more effort put into the cleaning.

Pros: Location
Cons: Yes. I thought it was ridiculous to charge a guest $38.00 to park in the hotel's parking lot. Also, one reason we picked this hotel was price. Nothing was mentioned about the mandatory $38.00 just to park and this is not right in my opinion.

Pros: Location was perfect. It was close to the music venues we wanted to be close to but was far enough that we didn’t hear music when we were back in our hotel.
Cons: Not the hotel’s fault but there was construction adjacent to the hotel. There were also early morning deliveries to property across the street that woke us up.

Pros:
Cons: Valet parking. Not because you have to pay for parking. But the parking garage is attached to the hotel. There is a door to the garage. Why not just park the car yourself? Especially when you have a rental. It’s not allowed to let someone else drive the car. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Pros: I really love the lobby area--it's glorious and looks very fancy. We are upgraded to a corner room and it's awesome. We loved it!
Cons: The room looks clean, but behind the tables there were a lot of rubbish from previous guests. It's probably not the cleaning people's fault as once a while they shall have some guys to move the tables and have them clean the back. Breakfast ends too early

Pros: The Westin is in a good location downtown and you can walk to most places without much trouble. The rooms were well decorated, with very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms with good showers.
Cons: Considering the number of parking places in Nashville we thought the parking was expensive. The wifi appeared to cost $7 a day.

Cons: I was charged for three rooms and I only booked two. I have called several times regarding this issue; each time they say they're going to get back to me, and they don't. I'm very frustrated. I shouldn't have to deal with this.

Pros: The decor of the hotel was outstanding. I like the complimentary shuttle. He was very friendly and recommended must see places. I also want to recognize hotel employee at the Front Desk for her exceptional service.
Cons: No follow through on missing item issue. I indicated to FD Manager after that incident, no Housekeeping service yet I received it that day. And some items of mine were mishandled including my passport in garbage. Unacceptable. Still no call back!
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location. House car to downtown area. Good restaurant and coffee shop. A new team of staff different from those on arrival were very polite and helpful.
Cons: Upon arrival the toilet in one room was blocked full of poo it was disgusting and unable to be used. The hotel reception was notified right away but failed to follow up on maintenance they had promised until we made a visit to reception with photos an hour later. The grumpy Maintainance man came to plunge the toilet but the cleaners didn’t come for at least another hour. This was not a good start to the stay and the reception at the time couldn’t were not particularly concerned about the situation nor was an apology received. Staff definitely make or break a stay and this member did not make us feel welcome. However a new team of staff the next day were much more accommodating and had we met them on arrival I am sure the situation would have been different.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Cons: Parking was $40/night. Deal on the room is not as great as it seems after you add the cost of parking.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: The bathroom door doesn’t close completely because it is a sliding barn door. Which looks nice but isn’t practical for a bathroom and doesn’t allow for privacy

Pros: location was great and close to everything
Cons: The workers at the checkin table were impersonal and did not explain any charges to us or where anything was at. He handed me my room keys and a paper “with everything I need to know” but did not explain any deposit hold fees or anything else. Plus there was a small cockroach in our room which we killed our selves and brought to the staffs attention, and they did not seem to care or apologize. They also never came in to our room to clean it.

Pros: Cleanliness, Staff very friendly and helpful. The scan key access. The Bar area was relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: The room was somewhat smaller than average. It stayed pretty warm in there as we adjusted the temperature as it dropped 1 degree lower all week.

Pros: Great location, great rooms
Cons: Hot tub would've been nice. Bathroom barn style sliding doors in rooms don't offer much sounds privacy from others in the room (i.e. taking a #2). Would've preferred to just have a regular door for that.

Pros: The breakfast was good. Location was great. Staff was very courteous.
Cons: We ate dinner one night at the restaurant and it seemed to take a long time for a simple burger and steak sandwich. I am gluten free and requested fruit instead of the fries. I got fries and had to send it back. By the time I got my new burger my husband was already done eating.

Pros: The breakfast was generous with lots of choice. Staff were really nice. Pretty good fitness room. They have a van that takes you downtown.
Cons: It's in a food desert, very industrial area. The rooms are dark. The only food they have in the bar is fried that was likely frozen first. There's nothing hugely wrong with the hotel, but it depressed me.

Pros: Friendly staff, walking distance to town, good parking, good breakfast. The gym was good too. The Shuttle bus was a great convenience although we didn't use it.

Pros: The location and staff were both great.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was hair on the bathroom floor, mirrors were dirty, a LOT of dust on the air vent, some kind of glob of something on the headboard, etc. Also, no free WiFi and cell coverage for Verizon was not good.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was good and the decor of the lobby was nice.
Cons: The room was very small and the bathroom was extremely small. I’m not a big person, so I don’t know how on earth a larger person could use the bathroom? Many lampshades in the room and hallway were stained or cracked and the room just felt/looked old; not the furniture, but the paint/wallpaper. The room cleaning crew needs to learn how to make beds. My bed looked so awkward...like a white sack of potatoes...not inviting at all. It looked like my 7 year old made the bed each day during my stay. Come on, WiFi has to be purchased?! Fast food restaurants have free WiFi...this pay-for-WiFi concept felt as old as the room looked. The seminar that I attended included WiFi, and it was so slow that I turned it off and used my cell phone hotspot instead. Lastly, the majority of employees were not friendly at all. In summary, I will stay elsewhere next time, even if I had to pay more.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff
Cons: Valet parking required at the hotel. It would be nice to have this information noted in the pricing. May have selected a different place.

Pros: Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Walking distance to the Ryman. Every night, entertainment and hot appetizers in the lobby—nice!
Cons: The $42 per night parking charge was very shocking—just raise the room rate and have it included!

Pros: Location.
Cons: Noise... there is construction next door which is reflected in the room rate, but the walls are paper thin. Along with the construction, it was a bad nights sleep. Valet was $42 which is a little steep even for that area.

Cons: Bath tub was clogged. Poor maintenance around the bath tub. Woke up to people screaming at 2am two doors from us.

Pros: The location was great with an easy access to my work meeting. The day front desk staff was helpful.
Cons: The hotel did not have a room available to us upon our arrival. The alternative room was not really acceptable. They were able to give us a room after the first night. Their billing process is confusing. They preauthorized charges every day and at the end of my stay the preauthorized charges surpass the total bill by 150%.
