Pros: The views are amazing from the hotel and rooms, also the sky bar was fun and had great food and drinks. The friendly staff at the counters and outside.
Cons: Only thing I wanted to complain about was only one of the bartenders at the bar. He didn't understand most of the drinks we wanted and got a couple wrong and gave us something we didn't ask for and when we paid him with a $10 for one beer he didn't give us our change.

When I asked the staff if I could have a king they said that there were none available and that they could do nothing about it because I booked my room through a third party. When I called hotels.com they did refund me the extra money that I paid to get a king bed. i was disappointed that I did not get a king bed but I was glad I got my money back.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville.
Cons: It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.

Pros: The location was perfect. There's plenty of night life & food options within walking distance. The room was clean & customer service was great. The Bridge Bar was great for meeting up before heading out. The breakfast buffet was pricey but most are. The food was good. The fitness area had suitable. I would stay here again.

Pros: From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville.
Cons: The only part I didn't like was leaving. The hotel did nothing wrong, we just didn't want to leave to comfortable bed and the view of Nashville.

Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.

Pros: Loved the decor, and location. No need for car to enjoy Broadway or any downtown attraction, easy to walk back to hotel, refresh. We were lucky to be on top floor looking East, wonderful view of downtown/strip. Restaurant was good. The large smart tv was great for the 30 mins we used it for in 4 days. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC wasn't noisy like a lot of places. Bluetooth mirror in bathroom was fun to listen to music from your phone while showering etc.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was horrible, would cut out and go completely dry for a few seconds on multiple occasions, sink was the same. Sink stopper did not work, could not fill the sink. USB ports on headboard did not work, so charging devices wasn't as convenient but all in all, minor issues. For the price of the room though, I'd expect these small things to be functioning properly.

Cons: Our room wasn't ready to check in and wasn't going to be until 6pm. We had to check in to a smaller room. Our newspaper was not delivered. Had to call twice to get one. The service staff uses the same elevators so we were usually riding with a cleaning g or room service cart on board. After calling ahead to have the car brought around it was not ready for us and no one had even called the valet to request it for us. It had been more that 10 minutes and it was NOT busy. We were not impressed on any level. Clearly poor management. We won't stay again or recommend The Hutton. Too bad as it looked like a great place.

Pros: The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much.
Cons: I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.

Pros: Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team. She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!
Cons: Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through. We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous. It might be a best kept secret. Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting. We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A. We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.

The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well.

Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. I stay here about once every six months and it is always consistent. This past stay was the first I booked through a third party and we were given a great room on a high floor. Pros: Staying in Nashville, the Hutton was in a great location on the West End. We used the free shuttle service to downtown several times and took a cab back, usually no more than $7.00. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and some good eats even closer. Valet service was excellent. Even though I could have saved a few bucks by parking myself, I never thought twice about skipping the valet during our 4 night stay. I always tipped the valet staff and they were awesome. Super restaurant, the 1808 Grille on the first floor. Reasonably priced and the quality of the food and service was fantastic. We will definitely consider the Hutton again during our next trip to Nashville.
Cons: The construction to some buildings surrounding the Hutton were a little unsightly, but we had a room on the 11th floor, so we saw above and had a view of downtown Nashville.

There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly. I walked outside and saw that there were 3 cabs waiting.

Lastly, the hotel conducted tests of its emergency system but did not inform the guest that they were testing and it was not a real emergency.

Our toilet did not work and we had to wait two hours for them to fix it. After that we just asked for a room with two beds and a working toilet. They never offerred or even tried to make it right. It ended up taking about four hours to deal with and not even a, "sorry for your troubles" by the staff. Due to this we did not get downtown till late. Shuttle service was horrible. Too much to go into. But I will say it was unorganized and we paid $40 for the group when we finally used a cab it was $12. I have stayed in a lot of hotels an this was my worse experience.

Staff was also very loud in the hallways talking back and forth across rooms while cleaning during the morning hours.

The entire place is under construction which I was never told about, even when I called two days before arriving. Upon arrival the staff seemed annoyed and rude. We immediately went down to the front desk, asked for a manager, which was not there, explained our issues and all she said was "well you have an outside facing room and you have already entered the room." Some as high as $30 per night. We only had to pay $10 per night her at the Comfort Inn. I will be stopping here again.

Cons: It's an older property and the rooms show it. Rooms need a refresh, felt 80s. There was a hair in the tub and it drained slow when I showered...gross! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was mediocre and the guy who was stocking the bread might as well have been using his bare hand as 2 of his fingers were sticking through and touching the food items. I wouldn't stay here again.

Pros: The pool was okay. It has a rough bottom so it tore up my kids' feet, but they still had fun. The location was good.
Cons: They didn't change our bed linens the entire time we were there (four days). We had to call to the front desk on day 2 to get clean towels and have our trash dumped. When I locked myself out, I had to wait 20-30 minutes in line because there was only one person at the desk and she was on the phone the entire time. The breakfast was sparse (cereal, donuts, etc.). We could have biscuits and gravy on some days and waffles on other days, but they weren't very good. One of the bins of cereal said it was Honey Nut Cheerios, but it turned out to be just plain Cheerios. Both vending machines were out of order. The technology is horrible. The sockets were extremely loose and had no covers on them. The bedroom door wouldn't close because they crammed two beds into a small area. The bathroom door wouldn't close for some unknown reason. I did not have a hot shower until I got up at 2:15 a.m. on my departure day. I had lukewarm-to-cold showers the rest of the time. The television is old and there were no linens on the fold-away bed in the couch. Overall, just a very poorly run motel/hotel.

Cons: Did not have my room when I arrived. Said my reservation had been "used" and that someone else was booked into my room. Took a half an hour to figure out that there were no other king rooms and no other nonsmoking rooms. Could not explain what had happened. Had to call my credit card company and block any charge from them and go find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Pros: Easy & Fast Check-In, considering it was after 1am. Close to Airport and downtown Nashville. The facilities manager on site was very courteous and helped us when we had trouble getting back in to our room.
Cons: My friend and I walked into breakfast at 9:20am and given that the dining room closes at 9:30pm, it was clear that the employees were cleaning up and wanted out by 9:30am. We ate cereal rather quickly but they put the coffee away so we decided to go to the lobby to get some more. They locked the doors and unfortunately, the coffee dispenser was never put out in the lobby. So we decided to wait and at some point tried to get their attention behind the locked doors. They definitely made eye contact but ignored us when we asked for the dispenser for the lobby- simply trying to help is all! At some point, the office attendant came out to further inquire, we told her the issue and she did nothing about it but go back in her office. No help at all. Not a huge deal, but given the very cold and unwelcoming treatment, we would never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Cons: Well...the rooms were very dirty. Our room had major stains on the carpet the couch and all the chairs. Room was extremely dirty and very out dated. The furniture looks like it was just bought at random yard sales and was mostly broken. Definitely the cheapest place we found for the weekend we were there but you get what you pay for.

Pros: The complimentary breakfast was ok. The staff responded well to our requests and questions, as long as we asked the 'right questions'.
Cons: The shuttle system to get into town. The staff didn't explain how it worked and while it was cheaper than a cab, it was really inconvenient. The hotel was quite far out of town so you would have to drive to get into town. Also the hotel name is TERRIBLE. Try to tell a cab driver to take you to "Nashville Airport Inn and Suites" and have them understand where you want to go, so know the address. Our room was perfect, until we discovered the shower didn't work, so we got switched out... into a smokers room with 2 beds instead of the single king we wanted. So all of our belongings smelled when we left and there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Talk about gross.

Cons: I didn’t like entering a room that was occupied at 11:30 pm. The second room had no smoking signs in it yet wreaked of smoke and had an ash tray on the night stand. Then I tested the shower and I couldn’t get the water to run. Needless to say we went to LaQuinta next door and paid a little more for a cleaner and much nicer room.

Cons: This is a horrible establishment that need to be renovated starting with the staff I would never stay Here again. First off when I arrived I had booked my room upon arriving I was charged twice then when I called booking.com for a refund the guy at front desk had quit locked up and left to go home so I'm still waiting for a refund from the hotel.

Cons: The location didn't have my reservation when I arrived. So I contacted the Kayak service provider who eventually contacted the inn while I was there. After almost an hour, I was able to get my room. The room was in poor shape and I am uncertain if it had been cleaned as the bed was not made and toilet was not fully flushed. There was water damage around various walls. A couple of roaches were already occupying the kitchenette when I arrived. Cons: The room was covered with spills and stains of various discolored liquids, and the staff was unreachable for any aspect of assistance. The air conditioner in the room bore no cold air, and the many calls down to the front desk in the night were all for naught. Attempting to walk down to the front desk, I found no one there multiple times. The shower head was broken and molding, and I dared not take a shower there. Overall the room was survivable, as I could get no other room, but entirely unclean.

Pros: There is nothing to like, this place is a dump with a heavy criminal element.
Cons: The screen on our window looked like someone had tried to rip it out of the window. There were two state troopers on site, sitting in cruisers on opposite sides of the building we were assigned. We ended up just leaving. We told the woman at the front desk that we were just going to drive a few more hours, but in reality, we immediately checked into a much nicer hotel for the same price just a few miles down the road. We will NEVER try to stay there again. It felt dirty and legitimately unsafe.

Cons: Booked two rooms through Getaroom, which the hotel confirmed and accepted payment about six weeks in advance. The place is cheap, so I didn't expect much. But boy did they under-deliver is every category. When I arrived, there was just one employee answering the phone and checking in about 25 guests. The line stretched out the door, into the parking lot and around the corner. Almost every reservation had been lost or mixed up, and people were being re-shuffled into different rooms. It took an hour to reach the front of the line, where I was told the hotel only had one the two rooms I booked. They offered a smaller smoking room, which I accepted and soon found -- surprise! -- another guest inside. I was the second person who checked in that afternoon and found someone else in their room. No manager was available. No other room was available, so the six people in our party squeezed into a two-bedroom suite for two nights. Lucky I had an air mattress in the car. There was no hot water in our room. Or anyone else's, from what other guests told me. Also, no clean towels. There was lots of old, grimey furniture and general rubbish lining certain hallways of the building. Don't know why. Don't wanna know why. The lone employee tried to blame Getaroom and other third-party bookers for the room situation, even though me and just about everyone else had documentation showing the hotel had confirmed the reservations and accepted payment. Felt bad for the employee, who was left alone during peak hours with a batch of screwed up reservations. He caught hell from a group of cheer moms who had traveled from West Virginia. Getaroom was able to get my money back, thankfully.

Room smelled horrible, burn holes in the comforter. Room looked dirty, needed a major update. The screen on the window was broken so that made us feel so safe! We left within an hour of arriving.
