Pros: Staff were great. SUV was four wheel drive, which came in handy for some late season snows in Wyoming.
Cons: The carpet and driver's seat were a little dirty, but nothing major. Excellent experience.

Pros: pick-up was extremely easy and quick... drop-off even faster. Staff was extremely polite and helpful on both sides. Car was very clean and covered all my requested items.
Cons: very little. this was likely the easiest and quickest in and out off a rental car agency I have ever had. As stated before all my requirements for items on the car were fully meet. The car (Nissan Altima) was a dream to drive. No issues at any stage of the rental. Thanks National.

Nice car but it left the lot low on washer fluid.
Pros: It was a nice car. Staff was friendly
Cons: The Washer fluid was low and so every 10 minutes a bell would chime signaling the fluid was low. Fluid levels should have been checked before the car was put out available to drive. It was extremely annoying to have that chime every 10 minutes. Had to walk a mile to get to the rental building and I am disabled. There should have been a golf cart or some way for people to get to the rental building besides walking. The signs where to return rental cars at the airport were horrible with the construction.

Pros: nice small car, clean and comfortable
Cons: Only had the car for 2 hours, and the cost was $114 The car I got from Avis a week later was $65

Overall Pretty Good
Pros: Vehicle was clean except for a random bag for grocery in the trunk.
Cons: Associate at the checkout desk was pushy trying to get me to upgrade to a larger, more expensive vehicle.

Pros: National in Austin went fairly well getting the vehicle. The representative went overboard in trying to get me to upgrade however and when I got to the garage, it didn't appear there were any slightly larger cars available. This left the impression I would have been in the exact same car.

Easy pick up and return
Pros: Low price SUV rental, gas very affordable and easy pick up and return at Austin airport, no buses to this easy convenient rental car terminal.
