There was an issue at first which was quickly resolved. The agent, Kaila, gave us her card so that if we had questions we could contact her. I did have a question about tolls and about what would happen if we were late returning the car. She was very caring and responsive to our questions. I’m very annoyed that it was never disclosed by either the car rental company or by Kayak that they close at 11:00 PM. My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 11:45 and was forced to utilize an alternate rental car agency which resulted in a higher cost in excess of $100. The Jeep Cherokee I reserved was not available. They upgraded me, at no charge, to a Seauoia. It is a monster of Vehicle. It cost me a lot of extra money for gas and not the easiest vehicle to drive.Reviewed 21 Nov. 2022

LGA did not provide signage to SIXT shuttle. Shuttle driver did not help us with our bags at SIXT Rental Office. No signage at Rental Office to explain which end of the rope is the front of the line. I was standing at the other end of the rope and two clerks ignored me. The third clerk asked me if I was picking up a car. When I said yes, she told me that I was at the wrong end of rope. My clerk was a very nice lady, but when she left the desk to go get the car, she left my ID and credit card on the desk, unsecured. I received a car that had a cigarette stench in it. I won't be back. Next time, I'll go back to Enterprise/National. I'll spend a little more to get good service and a clean car.Reviewed 14 Nov. 2022
