We had reserved a car through Ace via Kayak...confirmation number, etc. When our plane landed in NYC, we received a text saying that a vehicle wouldn't be available for 2-3 hours after our confirmed pick up time. I was overcharged approximately $370 for the insurance because it didn't specify that it would be 3 times the amount when not purchasing online Windows weren't clean, windshield wipers were old and could barely see when it rained at night. The car was obviously in a major accident as it looked like it was painted with spray cans Plus it had 59,500 miles on it Horrible car and company I have never given such a bad review on a company like this one in my lifeReviewed 26 Aug 2024
