I was overcharged approximately $370 for the insurance because it didn't specify that it would be 3 times the amount when not purchasing online Windows weren't clean, windshield wipers were old and could barely see when it rained at night. The car was obviously in a major accident as it looked like it was painted with spray cans Plus it had 59,500 miles on it Horrible car and company I have never given such a bad review on a company like this one in my lifeReviewed 26 Aug 2024

Great value for the price. Staff assures that you are getting the best value and were very kind. The car was in great condition. The only thing I would improve is more staff for times with more pick up and drop off. Other renters were very impatient and unkind to staff who were working very efficiently. There were no clear locations to park cars being dropped off which created more work for the staff. Otherwise, excellent.Reviewed 14 Jun 2024

Great experience and great value. It’s unlimited miles unless you drive to states that are not that far as in VT, NH and Maine.Reviewed 17 Jan 2024

The ease of getting checked out and into my vehicle. I didn't like the fees and insurance arrangements that were disclosed at the last minute before agreeing to the rental. They also did not have the car I reserved for (which I understood might be different), and it appeared to be an effort to push me into a more expensive upgrade which they did.Reviewed 8 Jan 2024

NEVER AGAIN NEVER!!!! The employee at the counter is just the beginning of the worst rental experience you can ever imagine. I was forced to buy insurance even though my credit card provide coverage in case of an issue with any rental car. Then I was requested flight information even though, as a student, I am allowed to stay in the country without having a flight back; they make you feel uncomfortable. Finally, the worst is yet to come. We had a nail puncture, and they charged us 200$ for a tire replacement without any explanation when a fix would have cost 60$; to finish up the bill, they had mistakenly doubled the tax and fee.Reviewed 26 Oct 2023

I would have appreciated more transparency around the eventual cost of the vehicle. I was initially quoted $290 when I reserved it, and was told that would be the amount when I picked it up. Alas, I was presented with a daily "Geo Zone" fee— something I wasn't notified of when renting the car. I dropped the car off after requesting an additional day (I tried to do so at pick-up, but was told I'd have to call to extend), and was charged a total of $457. Additionally, I thought I would be renting the car from ACE, a company I've heard of, but was surprised to learn that I'd actually be renting it from Drivo (a company I've never heard of). I was also told I could receive $25 back, if I submitted a Google review, prior to even leaving the lot with the car The lack of transparency made me very uncomfortable. In the future, I'll stick to (albeit sometimes pricey) companies I know, like Hertz.Reviewed 21 Sep 2023
