I have flown over 2million miles. Great flight but bizarre boarding process. They must have paged half the passengers to the desk for documentation check before boarding anyone. Overall great value.
The seat was paid for but given for some different person .

The crew and flight were amazing . However , my bag’s locker got broken and no refund provided . Everything else was amazing except this bad incident that ruined my experience
I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.
Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.
Could have been better. Bag rechecking could have been eliminated. Gate location and direction need to be clearly stated.
My seat/bed broke. Flight was delayed. Most of the cabin crew were very pleasant. Amenity kit was nice. Chairs and cabin was worn. Food was mostly quite nice.

The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.
Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.
Business class in Turkish airlines is like none other. They separate themselves and highly recommend it

flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.
Everything was smooth. Just a bit of confusion with our carryon we were asked to check. We had to go through security twice
Boarding was delayed 50 minutes. The flight going to Chicago was canceled, causing lots of problems and causing me to rebook and miss an event. I was traveling with a colleague, and he was unable to get on the same flight after 40 minutes on the phone, which meant I had to wait for him after my arrival. My flight down was delayed an hour before take off, had to sit on the plane, then 30 minutes after landing to get to a gate. No real food, only juice/ water offered for the 3.5 hours on the plane. Not a good experience.
Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.
Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!
Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.
Flight got cancelled and didn't get another flight til late and almost missed the connection because so close. We are still waiting for the bags to arrive the next day.

After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.
Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
Flight was canceled. Rebooked on Lufthansa Also Canceled. Had to pay 3000 more per person and fly Alaska to EWR and fly emirates to Athens.

Inside plane needs to be updated, the lady sitting behind me was saying the frame from the window fell on her lap right before taking off and seats are very uncomfortable, cushioning is need of repair ASAP.
The seats needs to be spruced up , for a long flight very uncomfortable , cushions are worn out but everything else is very good , crew is great.

They gave us sandwiches as a meal twice. Snacks mid flight with cookies and a tuna panini. Then just the same tuna panini for dinner. That was it.
I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.
The crew is so professional, kind, patient, and helpful! The flight itself was flawless. We travelled from US to Italy and back and it was great.
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.
Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages
A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.
I had a great experience on this flight! The crew was extremely helpful and attentive. Seats are very comfortable and the in flight entertainment was excellent.

A heated chicken pie as a snack was terrible and could not be eaten. It should never be served. The crew took a long time in cleaning up after meals
premium economy was comfortable. Service was nice and crew were pleasant. However, mid flight the bathroom was not clean. It would be nice if people learned to clean up after themselves.
It was one of our best flight experiences. The crew was fantastic, the service was top notch with a genuine smile on everyone’s face. Would highly recommend British Airways.
