You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

Cons: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

It looks more like the crew was trying to hide their incompetence. This delay prevented me from catching my connection in Calgary. Needless to say, Westjet refused to take their responsibilities."

Cons: "Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests."

Pros: "WS Care Center staff Minmico (think it was her name) arranged the 4:15 flight instead of the 6 pm flight but only because I requested her to check that flight when I returned to the CC to find out if it was possible to get on an earlier flight. I should have been advised when I first arrived at the CC from my delayed flight from Toronto that I could check back at the CC to see if there was a cancellation. Minmico allowed me to use her phone a couple of times to call my husband to advise him of the changes in my flight, which was very helpful. She tried hard just prior to the flight departure to have my bag delivered to the 4:15 flight but was unsuccessful. She gave me food vouchers, which I liked. I also thought the WS CC staff in Abbotsford was very helpful explaining the process for making a baggage claim when my bag didn't arrive due to my last minute flight change - the $100 voucher was appreciated when I picked up my bag the next day."

Crew did not communicate in a timely manner about when we would be flying.The plane should not have been in operation if the computer didn't work and passengers should not have had to wait on the plane for two hours while it was fixed. I missed my WS connecting flight to Abbotsford from Calgary and was only rescheduled on a plane departing 6 hours later! No one at WesJet Care suggested there may be a cancellation on an earlier flight - I had to arrange it by returning to the WS Care Center. I just barely made it onto an earlier 4:15 pm flight but without my bag which was put onto the later 6 pm flight. I chose to return the next day to pick up my bag."

Pros: "The over all star rating should have five stars. I mistakenly pressed something and it went to one And I could not figure out how to get it back to five. Everything was on time which I so appreciated."

Cons: "Due to the fact that my trip to was not clearly indicated as non stop it is the first time in thirty years of regular travel that I did not have a direct flight to Calgary. Then I was not able to change my flight at the airport even though there was room available on a direct Westjet flight leaving as close to the same time. But the worst part as after landing we waited for a very long time for the plane to pull up to a gate (unnecessarily burning fuel and poluting the environment). And finally we waited another very long time for the doors of the plane to be opened for disembarkation. More than 3/4 of an hour waiting on the ground after a one hour flight very late in the evening. As a result I hat to take a cab home from the airport. Now I will try my best to not fly Westjet."

Pros: "West Jet just runs a relaxed yet professional airline. They are just more laid back and accommodating. You can use any bathroom on the plane as well which is huge on those rare times you need to use it. They are funny and chatty and seem to enjoy working together which all translates to a less rushed and relaxed experience for us the passenger. I really can’t complain....I had an entire row to myself....the best you can hope for, when riding on a plain for hours that’s like winning the lottery!"

Whether due to the time of flight or that they were leaving Orlando, I don't know, but I was expecting a little more cheer or at least positivity from them. Also the flight was "running low" on drinks and so I they only came through the cabin once to offer soft drinks, which I needed as I had still to catch a red eye and function during my layover. I wasn't pleased with them. Lastly the West Jet connect app worked just fine for my ipad but despite advertising my wife was unable to get it to work on her computer (mac) despite multiple attempts. If TVs are no longer going to be standard on planes someone needs to be present to help with I.T. when the system isn't working as advertised."

First time missed my connecting to Hong Kong and Bangkok. I know nothing perfect, but this seems to be the norm. Next time will try to find someone else to fly with."

This seat was worse to sit in than any other seat on the plane. This seat is located were the plane starts to curve in toward the front of the plane reducing the seat width, I have a 33" waist and it was tight. The arm wrests in this row don't come up as they stow your table, as well the leg room is only as good as a regular seat because of the bulkhead location. So FYI do not book this seat on a long flight."

No more flights to Penticton, so I had to take a flight to Kelowna after 6:00pm or fly the next day. I met a couple to share a ride to Penticton once I reached Kelowna. My luggage was lost in Calgary and so I went on to Penticton, to Osoyoos. The next day, West Jet delivered my suitcase to me. I appreciate the voucher I was given to buy a few things and the promptness of my luggage. We live in Canada, the weather in the winter can be quite an annoyance and so it was last week."

Cons: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

Cons: "Late taking off and arriving. Once we landed it took 15 minutes to locate someone to bring the ramp out to the plane. Just incompetence on part of American Airlines."

Cons: "After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest"

Cons: "I did not like that my original flight was flat out cancelled. It made for a stressful trip."

Cons: "I asked for a chicken option meal and the flight attendant was at the end of my area of sitting (the front half) and left to the back and said he would return. I waited and waited and nothing while everyone ate. I ran the flight attendant button(many many many times) and no one came. I didn't get up because why am I going to chase someone down? After about 30 mins or more later someone finally passed by that was going to ask for trash. I asked for my food and they apologized and brought back a pasta option and said they were sorry that they ran out of chicken. So I was made to wait for half an hour while everyone ate to NOT get what I wanted and be forgotten about?! Unacceptable. Took me another 30 mins to get my appetite back since I was so upset. Also, our flight left an hour later!!! No one said anything to us about why we were late. They accommodated those with connecting flights in the US but still. What is going on?"

Pros: "Seats were really neither notably comfortable nor notably uncomfortable. I think they were slightly on the comfortable side. Crew seemed friendly enough although my interaction with them was pretty much limited to requesting a full can of coke for myself and one for my wife. Ticketing counter lady in Phoenix was very helpful with seat switching for us and with allowing my checked bag to be slightly overweight."
Cons: "Would be nice to have more modern aircraft amenities, like power outlets for device charging, and display screens with at least some complimentary entertainment, or at least flight path tracking."

Cons: "I feel as though I should receive some kind of courtesy credit for the poor condition of the plane, friendliness of the staff, efficiency of the staff, and finally for being 3 hours late because failure to adequately fuel the plane. I was skipped for receiving refreshments, the plane had interior panels falling off. The second flight didn't have enough fuel for a 40 minute flight. The pilot told us that we were delayed for rain for 10 minutes but we did not have enough fuel to circle around. As a result we came back to Philadelphia. I missed a graduation party as a result. I had a poor experience. The flight attendants did not greet me on entrance or exit."

Cons: "There isn't much to dislike, but it certainly wasn't anything extraordinary either."

Cons: "On the way out and back flights always late or canceled, ya right now I am in the process of trying to get re-en burst for motel and taxi which they said I was entitled to because the flight was delayed for mechanical is almost impossible. Cons: "Wifi was awful. On a long flight, that's important. The crew's explanation was that when so many people are logged on at once, it kicks someone else off. Which basically means the system wasn't designed for everyone to use."

Pros: "My economy plus seat was good (once I finally got it) and for all the hassle they did free tv for the whole plane. THey found a new plane FAST!"
Cons: "They changed gates last minute - plane was in for maintenance and slight delay - then cancelled that plane - did the series of 15 minute additional delays. They found a new plane - changed the gates (big distance) again - and 'the computer' had reseated 1/2 the plane. DISTASTER to fix."

Cons: "The seats on the flight from Albany to Chicago were the new smaller type which were horrible for a 6,5 260 lb man in exit row economy seating. Dogs on board which was bad for my allergies. This seems to be the case more times than not. I’m asthmatic and very allergic to animals. I know, it’s all my fault..."

Cons: "Well constancy gate changes in the airport to getting on a hot plane with no air going, then to waiting an hour for the plane to start because of the power cable (still with no air) crew didn’t give us any update from the very first one, all of a sudden we are moving, but only shortly because then we waited another 30 minutes to actually take off. Once in the air it took forever to get water, just pretzels for snacks and a horrible attitude by the staff. DO NOT DLY WITH THEM."

Cons: "Flight left 5 hours hate which included 2+ hours on tarmac being fed nonsensical updates by pilot. Planes entertainment system wasn't operational"

Pros: "I was put in a hotel. That is the only positive... literally the only positive."
Cons: "A 3 hour 55 minute mechanical delay, boarding and deplaning, caused a windfall effect to our other connections causing us to miss everyone that we needed to make it home to Alaska. I will not be getting home until almost 4 days after my original travel date. Missing work as a teacher is tough, and I planned it with plenty of room for safety, only to have United fail me. Weather issues are something I can forgive, but a mechanical issue combined with the weather snarl in Newark has caused endless stress. Bags couldn't be found, no information on new standby flights, and false hopes of being put on Alaska air tomorrow from a united agent last night. All in all my worst experience in as long as I can remember flying."

Cons: "Flight attendants were non existent. 2 water services in a 4 hour flight is ridiculous."

Cons: "The United Boarding Agent repeatedly warned about the "SMALL" carry on compartments on the CJR aircraft and literally insisted we tag our carry ons to be set aside on boarding even though we knew they fitted OK. AS A RESULT when we got to Calgary we had to wait at the over size luggage racks for our carry ons to be delivered instead of them being set up for us as we left the aircraft which is normal!! Very frustrating!!"

We had to delay boarding to wait for her. 15 minutes. then it took longer to wait for gate check -- green tag bag - than if I had checked the bag. when we finally got the gate check bags and headed through customs the checked bags were all on the carousel. And I have Nexus. So Customs was 3 minutes. NOT a good process. Figure it out YYC international terminal!!!"

Cons: "Being an Air Canada customer and having bought an Air Canada ticket - I do expect that either the entertainment will be free on my iPad or included - particularly when I have to PAY to get a decent seat. It isn't right that entertainment isn't included for the extra price!"

Cons: "Over an hour mechanical delay at ALB. We barely made it to our connection. Pretty tense considering I was with an elderly confused mother who would not have dealt well with a delay from Newark to Denver."

Cons: "On our booking through Kayak, this was only listedas an Air canada flight, however, when I couldn't check in online and phoned Air canada (which took 30min), they said it was operated by United and had to check in on united.com. Why was there. o mention of this?? It took me phoning to find out what airline I was flying with! Also, a United staff person told us we didn't need to touch our bags in calgary en route tonour final Saskatoon destination, which was wrong."

Cons: "Not like Air Canada ... I can tell the staff are tired of their jobs. Entertainment you needed to pay for. Really bare bones"

Cons: "The tiny cup with more ice than refreshment. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

Cons: "My first flight was delayed 2 hours due to a ground stop at the next airport. Upon finally boarding the plane for a second time, we sat at the Albany airport for abou 40 minutes. When arriving to the Newark airport, there was communication issues and no way for us to get to a terminal so we were stuck on that plane for 2 hours. While stuck on the plane my connecting flight got delayed twice then cancelled. Once finally in the airport, I waited an hour in line for customer service only to tell me they couldn't even put me up in a hotel because it was air traffic controls fault, even though NO other airline was down. They gave me a $10 food voucher, apparently that would fix everything. I had to put myself in a $130 hotel room and being a broke college student I wasn't expecting that. I will never fly united again, it was he worst experience I've ever had and one of the most stressful days. This airline is horrible."

Pros: "I liked getting a snack and drink. I guess all planes are crowded. I didn't have any carrying luggage so I didn't have to worry about overhead storage- which would have been a problem."

Pros: "The flight was cancelled three times. Understanding that can happen, it's the fact that United didn't do anything to make everyone relaxed about having the flight delayed. The crew and pilots were very understanding and relayed reasons for delay while ON the plane. The air on the plane was very cold."

Cons: "I needed to ask questions about my flights because of delays and not a single person acted professional at the gates, quite rude responses. On each of my 3 plane changes there was only one attendant actually smiled. Another read from a sheet of paper like she didn't know what to say. Two others never dmiled or said you're welcome after I thanked them. Im used to the friendly staff on Southwest. They are great!"

Cons: "I wouldn't know since I wasn't on it and I'm still in the airport waiting for my flight. I have to try to get comfortable on the floor right now."

Pros: "The Flight was a little delayed but the captain and staff were very apologetic and we made up for lost time during the flight. Had plenty of leg room and was attended to regularly. Staff was very personable and kind."
Cons: "I've flown several times with many different airlines. I have no serious complaints about United, they have their game on point. If anything were to be said it would be to have less broadcasts about everything going on during the flight, not that it's a burden either but sleep is a little hard pressed when you want to hear what it's about."
