Those of us traveling on three connecting flights with no time to purchase food nor water had a rough time of it. Would not fly Qatar nor connect in Doha again unless absolutely necessary."

"They cancelled my flight from San Diego to DFW and then provided NO help in rebooking. I tried rebooking via app but system kept said it’s busy and try again. I tried calling and am still on list for a call back. Ultimately I had to pay $600 to get a flight back on a different carrier because I needed to get to work on Monday. Then today I noticed they rebooked me on a flight for a completely different day. The cancellation was bad enough then the lack of communication unacceptable. They should refund me the $600 for the flight ticket I had to buy."

Cons: "When I called to rebook my flight within the year and about 3 months in advance of the desired date, unfortunately Latam made multiple errors and also told me that rebooking flights only are eligible for more expensive flights. Even though there were other less expensive flights that I was able to find and see online, they insisted the only flight available had a price difference of $4,000+ dollars. the original ticket was around $550 so this was absurd. Not helpful at all, how frustrating."

Pros: "Even though there was no TV screen in the headrest, we were all provided with IPads to view. The controls on the IPad were quicker than the in headset TV's. The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."

My baggage was misplaced, so I was delayed by needing to fill out forms for lost luggage. Thankfully, it was located before I reached my connecting flight."

Pros: "N/A. Because of bad weather on Vancouver Island, my flight to Vancouver was delayed two hours and I missed my 230p flight to Seattle. Alaska had no other flights available from Vancouver that would get me to San Diego and other later flights that day from other airlines were over booked. I stayed the night and flew out the next morning on a direct flight to San Diego. The flight was fine. The flight crew was nice, they offered us drinks and snacks and the air condition worked. The reason I included the AC is sometimes it doesn't work and that's miserable. There's not too much else to add."

When I got to Vancouver, they said they weren't sure why I was bumped, but there were seats left on the plane. However, I had to go to the gate to change my flight because I had a checked bag. Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place."

Pros: "This was first Alaska airlines trip and I want to do more! I showed up at the Seattle airport and tried to use one of the many conveniently placed kiosks. I couldn't find my trip, BECAUSE I HAD BOOKED FOR THE WRONG DAY!. This could have been very stressful but an attendant near the (short) line asked me if needed help and immediately redirected me to the VIP line. There, I found another very short line, and smiling, enthusiastic staff. The young woman who helped me got my info, and walked away to get the problem solved with a supervisor. She returned a short time later, my boarding pass in hand, upgraded me to Premium seating and TSA pre check -- without me even asking! On the plane, I mostly slept, but when I woke up I found the attendant had left me my boxes snack which was a mix of nuts and dried fruit in a fancy package. The seats seemed more comfortable than they were in recent trips on United and Southwest. There were plugs everywhere for phone and device charging. There was free wifi(!!). And there were devices available for borrowing. There was even a website for free movie streaming. In a time when most other airlines have sour faced (need to retire!) attendants (Southwest an exception), and EVERYTHING is a la Carte pricing, it is so nice to fly with a company that tries to make passengers happy and comfortable. Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"

The original ticket I bought was under $400. I was NOT happy with this at all - Kayak screwed me over and I expect compensation."

Cons: "So there was a problem with the aircraft. Some cargo nett8ng was broken so they had to move the baggage from the rear to the front hold. The pilot can on to inform us of what was happening, assuring us that our baggage would arrive with the flight. B7t not surprisingly they lied and about 30 ppl didn't get their luggage. It never made it on the flight and won't be until the following morning. So I have no clothes. No jacket for sub zero temperatures. It would great if they could at least tell us that there will be a problem. Not lie I'm not impressed. I'll do my best not to fly westjet again."

Pros: "The crew was outstanding. They were regularly passing by with water & juice throughout the flight and were very friendly. A+ Also notably, they kept the cabin comfortable instead of the sweat lodge from my previous flight."
Cons: "I get that it’s Heathrow and not BA, but the random extra inspection process is super annoying. Nothing happens while you’re waiting in the terminal, then they pull you aside from group 2 as you board and before you know it you’re boarding back in group 5. If security used the time wisely, they could check 10x more people and not screw up the boarding process."

Pros: "This trip I used BA and Virgin Atlantic business class. I would rate AA had the best layout of business class. AA I WOULD LOVE TO FLY IN BUSINESS CLASS ON YOU 777-300 Any where. Bonus: Bose noise canceling headphones. BA and VA did not have the quality head phones as AA did"

Cons: "Being late and I missed my next flight. I talked with the customer service to book me on next flight from Dallas to London. They did that and told me that they moved my luaggage to the new booking but didn’t happen and I was going around in London looking for my luggage."

Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Cons: "Food was terrible. Make sure you buy food before your board. Business class seats are too narrow and you can extend out properly because the leg area turns sharply. The TVs must be 20 years old on the plane."

Pros: "Checkin was effortless. Seats were comfortable and there was plenty of overhead storage so nothing under the seat but my feet. I didn't use the online entertainment as I had my kindle with me but my daughter said hers was good with a lot of choices. Food a bit too spicy for me but everyone else seemed to love it and I'm very picky and plain with what I eat. Loved the foot rests on the seats. Can;t complain. I'd use them again."

Cons: "Boarding process for coach from London to Dallas was chaotic. After all the various special groups were loaded in an orderly fashion the other 80% were called en masse which was disorderly. We had a lot of turbulence which the captain never addressed. I get he has to fly the plane but he could give folks a heads up on how long it was anticipated to last. It's scary at times and a word from the expert would be calming. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper."

Cons: "Old jumbo has poor screen and very limited entertainment compared with modern planes"

Cons: "The plane didn't leave OMA gate for over an hour. A repair needed to be made, and there was a huge long delay in getting a hold of maintenance to fix it. Then there were problems with the fix. Once it was finally fixed, the paperwork had a mess up. We didn't leave until at least 2:52 pm. Then, when we landed, the elevator for the luggage that was valeted stopped working for 4 minutes. I was nearly late to my connection to Paris. Instead of a 1 hr 55 min layover in DFW, I had 7 minutes from the time I finally got my suitcase to the time I got to the other terminal to board."

Pros: "Since online check-in did not work, my daughter and I were a little nervous that we had not been able to reserve seats together. Imagine our worry when we were told at the airport that we did not have seats at all! However, the BA agent calmly worked to get us seats .... and my daughter and I enjoyed business class for the first time in our lives! What an experience! Thank you so much!"

Cons: "We bought a British Airways flight only to learn after we purchased that they were selling us 2 American Airlines flight which consisted of 90% of our travel time and a 1 short BA flight each way. American space was tighter then tight. Preordered specialty meals for long distance flights did not happen in 75% of the cases. Given allergy and other issues I found this very shitty. Fortunately I brought my own back up food."

We had to book that trip ourselves & pay for it out of pocket , even though it was supposed to be part of this flight . We called the airline trying to rebook that flight & was told they couldn't till the next day , yet we could go online & book it ourselves . Pretty poor way to run a business . If we hadn't gone online to check in the night before , we wouldn't have known about the cancellation till we showed up at the airport . Very disappointed with your service"

I specifically chose a British Airways flight due to good previous experiences, and I paid more for the ticket. After completing the purchase I then find out that they are putting me on American Airlines rather that BA. This was unacceptable to me, due to AA poor reputation. They wanted $950 to cancel the flight. An expensive lesson. Shop elseware!"

Pros: "American Airline agent in Madrid was very helpful during check-in by finding us comfortable seats together."
Cons: "We could not do check-in on-line. Same as on the way from SFO to London and then Madrid. This is absolutely unacceptable. We plan neither use British Airways ourselves nor recommend it to any of our friends or family members in the foreseen future."

Cons: "Bought British Air tickets, got their partner airline American Air flight instead and didn't know of this switch until after purchase. Very rude! Crappy old plane, departed late, crappy food, mediocre service. I wanted British Air specifically as they are good in these areas."

Pros: "Because the flight was about half full between Madrid and Dallas (a rather long flight!) and because my sweetheart and I were seated in the middle 5 seats alone, we were able to put the arm rests up and get some real sleep to acclimate to West Coast time (our final destination). I can never sleep very well sitting up. Also, the food and entertainment were pretty good. We were given two main meals and a few snacks in between, including chocolate ice cream, which I've never received on a plane before. All that in addition to the decent selection of recent movies available made for a relatively pleasant red eye flight."
Cons: "The entertainment system on the back of the seat was clearly outdated and the screens were not very reliable. While watching a movie, if the captain made an announcement, it was made in the headsets, too, as usual, but uncomfortably loud."

Cons: "Not enough newer movies for a 10+ hour flight. I am not a movie-buff but only managed to find 3 movies I had not seen before. Monitor for video was hazy and hard to see the movies with the overhead lights on the whole flight. Flight attendants for my area (business class upstairs) did not seem to want to be there, did the bare minimum, felt like the attendants you usually get on any airlines US domestic flights. Yes, daytime flight, but did the lights have to be on the whole flight? Had 6-8 kids in 10-15 year range that were running around the whole flight, maybe if the lights had been at least dimmed they could have settled down so the other travelers who would have liked to sleep could... Food servings were smaller than usual, but since it was also unusually uninspired and tasteless I guess that was ok. Plane was dirty (visibly so on, f.ex. the sides of seats, traytable, and bathroom) and it was not just from the ongoing journey but from previous flights."
