Find Business Class Flights to Belfast City Airport – Compare and Save

My flight out of London was canceled on September 9. We could not get a flight to Italy until 2 days later. That means we would miss my son's wedding. So we had to take a train from Heathrow to central London (14 £ = $18.99). We then had to take the train from London to Paris (612£=$830.24). We had to take a taxi from the Paris train station to the Hotel Sixteen in Paris (€67.5=$78.67). Our hotel in Paris is (€340 = $396.26). Our flight from Paris to Italy was (€442.25=$515). There was a delay on departure. Seat configuration is horrible. BA should not fly this confirmation any longer until the new seat conjugation is installed. Your competition is beating you. Food was poor to average. Not many choices. Arrival was delayed at the gate due to another plane being at the gate. You would think after the delay at the departure, BA and ground control would figure out how to ensure you passengers wouldn’t be late and running to their next connection. Overall, BA continues to be very low on satisfaction. If I had an other choice, I would choose another airline.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.

I am very disappointed with the way my seat reservation was handled. My husband and I purchased Business Class tickets and also paid extra to reserve our seats. However, our reserved seats were changed without our consent, and we were assigned different seats, separating us. Since we paid specifically for reserved seats, the airline did not provide the service we purchased. I would therefore like to request a full refund of the seat reservation fees. I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Better service to offer drinks in the middle of the trip

Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.

Decrepit planes, poor business class layout designed to maximize revenue, no decent movie selection.

The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Lost bag - again. No help from staff at Nice - they have a handling agent who does nothing No emergency kit Try calling BA - they eventually found the bag - now on later flight. Trying to get someone to help in the short term is impossible. If I am unhappy - then I have to log it on a website. The agent said he was only able to help with future bookings - not assist in the chaos BA had caused. IF YOU WANT SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - PICK ANYONE BUT BA. Personally - I'm joining ABBA (Anyone But BA) again.

Flight was canceled with little notice or explanation. There were no other flights to Belfast from Heathrow, so I had to travel across town to London City (or wait until the next day).
