Everything but the food was top notch value for the price

It was out first time flying Air Canada and it was ok, comfort-wise. I hope airlines are able to get a quiet room installed for young children flying. Screaming and crying the whole time in business class is quite unfortunate. That was the only thing that really messed up the experience.

Excellent crew, great food despite catering issues. We need more people like this.

I was in Business Class row 7 on a 787-9. Both times I didn't get my choice of food. Otherwise, excellent!

The service was excellent from start to finish. However, it’s best not to order a gluten free meal because they combine it with dairy free, fat free, low sodium, and every other specialty diet variation that exists, and serve you boiled chicken and mashed potatoes for lunch. Yuk!

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs due to problem with a previous flight to mine; I was informed appropriately via Text & Email, however, website did not keep up with messages sent by nearly an hour. When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

The flight attendant Shannon was not very warm and was more focused on her own preferences for service than the customers in first class.

The flight was very good. Just disappointed that there was no meal. We were extremely hungry by the time we got home at 11 pm. There was no time between flight changes to eat. We are also disappointed that there aren't any direct flights to palm Springs or return direct flights. It is too hard on older people to be changing flights.
