Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.

Korean are so racist and when I ask question or directions they totally ignore me and say racist. Also they give me an rude attitude.

2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.
I was very surprised that a meal was given on such a relatively short flight. the meal was FANTASTIC. The crew were also very attentive to our specific needs and we would be happy to fly and recommend your airline to our friends.
Humm, I should have known that the seat I peaked on my flight from Inchon to Manila was designed for a toddler or very small person.

Felt like the oldest plane in Asiana Fleet. Screen was 5-6in only and no charging at all. Movie selection wasn't great.
Typical Asian airline - flight attendants like robots - start food orders at first row and get to the last row right aisle last - no food selections left. 30 minutes before landing demanding everyone put seats back into upright position, window shades open and God forbid you might have to use the restroom a full 30 minutes left into a 1 hour 45 minute flight. At least the flight was cheap - but that’s the best I can say about it.
My favorite airline to fly across the Pacific. The Business class lounge is fantastic, the wonderful flight attendants are helpful and professional. Great comfort while flying.
The full flat bed was not that comfortable, hard and lumpy., too much space wasted with those bulky walls and divisions instead of making the bed 3-4 inches wider. The compartment where you put your feet is like a shoebox, poor design. Toilets of A350 are just too small, sink is too small

Great Value with Tway Airlines I highly recommend flying with Tway Airlines—especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. While the lowest fare comes with limited luggage allowance, it suited me perfectly since I was traveling light. Check-in and boarding were impressively fast and hassle-free. The ground staff and cabin crew were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout the journey. Although the aircraft was an older model and lacked inflight entertainment, this was a minor trade-off considering the ticket cost was nearly 70% lower than typical fares on the ICN–FRA route. I liked cleanliness, comfort, kind staff. I thought communication about meals could be better. We did not know how we were supposed to ensure we had food and drinks in our booking

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

I'm so frustrated my flight was canceled they give flight on August 5 which is not sure. Its was big mistake I booked my ticket from kayak.

We traveled with a 7 year old that has autism and he is significantly cognitively delayed. Your site makes it known there are no wagons allowed even if they fold down flat and many autistic children cannot travel without one because they are unable to follow directions or cooperate with walking through the airport and are too big for a stroller. Please consider making exceptions for our special needs children. Also it would be very thoughtful if you’d allow seat selection for no fee for special needs families. The autistic child we traveled with must sit behind another adult in our family because he continuously kicks the seat in front of him and is unable to understand why that is disruptive. We had to pay quite a bit extra to have our 4 seats situated with 2 in row 19 and 2 in row 20 directly behind.

Food was not inspired but was satisfying. Same for infotainment selection. You’d think business class would come with complimentary WiFi. Crew was uniformly attentive and excellent.
Did not like the seat selection which was poor.? My daughter and I never did get seats together because it all took place at the last minute and we had to accept whatever seats were left

Fir premium economy passenger they didn't plan food properly ,only had 1 option available out of 3 on the menu as well as the drinks choice was limited
Terrible food, unprofessional flight attendants, and an uncomfortable seat. The food they provided was the worst I have ever had since I flew. They were worse than any cheap food you can get at convenience stores. I feel that a racist looking fight attendant was scanning me as she was passing by me. A man sitting in front of me fully extended his chair to the back, so I had virtually no space to eat with reasonable comfort. Many people were so inconsiderate of others and fully extended their chairs to the back that they did not have enough space to eat. Flight attendants ignored these situations and never bothered to tell passengers to return their chairs to upright positions during the mealtime. I want to be comfortable and don't care if others feel uncomfortable because of me. Those were the dominant thoughts of people in that airplane. I paid more than $2000.00 for this terrible experience.
There wasn't much leg-room, and although I requested a vegetarian meal, there was an error and I did not get one. Everything else was excellent.
The flight was excellent the problem was that my luggage was damaged (zipper pulls ripped out) and it is difficult to contact the number to claim the damage while in another country and going back to the airport is not an option and no matter what I tried I got the same response to just call the number that is not possible for me to call in the first place. So very disappointed that I can’t claim such damage and that now I have to take part of my trip looking for a new luggage.
Bad. Staff needs training on hospitality. I was on emergency flight and being s vegetarian had no food served. Air Canada should carry at least additional neutral trays of food.

Good entertainment but couldn’t use the free wifi. I put in the seats and last names it didn’t let me through.
I never understood why I couldn’t add a bag in the overhead cabin where I was seating..eventually the bags/suitcases were from other passengers that weren’t at my seat. How inconsiderate and most probably we paid the same price…
The gate and check-in were a nightmare. Even though my itinerary only had a layover in Vancouver, I was required to recheck my luggage, then I was required to pay $135 for a reason that I still can't understand-the agent's explanations made no sense. I am furious with Air Canada. (On top of this, my flight to Seoul was delayed and I ended up missing my connection to Ho Chi Minh City.)
There was a crying baby on board, and it was really loud and annoying. Otherwise it was very good.
