Cons: New leaf discontinued their Sunday Halifax to Hamilton flight which was to be my return flight home. They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

Pros: The plane didn't crash like website and they did not charge $10 for printing off my boarding pass, as no one could with website down. Also, some budget airlines now only allow 40lbs in checked baggage, Looks like they allow 50lbs.

Cons: Similar problem on the way home, could not book luggage online but could check in. Shop closes at 5 CST so could not call. Even though we told at checkout that it was because of the Christmas volume online, still had to pay Airport (extra) price to check-in baggage. They said I could perhaps get the penalty fee returned if I called in. Told her it's not worth 2 hours on a paid long distance call to get $20 back.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Delayed flight, my seat was bumped from an aisle to a window seat although I checked in online and secured the Seat 24hrs prior to departure. The excuse I was given by staff is that the person sitting next to me is a “big” person so it’s for my benefit. Well the row I had planned to sit in had two people with an empty seat in between. And they were not “big” as was said. my seat I was moved to had sick children behind my seat whom were coughing and kicking the back of my seat and the row was completely full. An aweful experience and to top it off, the planes entertainment program was broken so we were provided with no entertainment, video or audio.

Pros: Flight was quiet and uneventful. Kudos to the pilots.

Cons: Our flight from YEG to YYZ was delayed by over an hour. Normally this wouldn't bother us, as we did not have a chance to get flight, however, we felt we were deceived and lied to by Air Transat at the gate. Specifically, the staff at the gate indicated that our flight would be delayed "intentionally" according to airline policy, to take advantage of favourable tailwinds to get the flight to YYZ on time. This explanation maked no sense, and was unfounded from a cursory Google search. When we finally boarded an hour later, the captain on the flight indicated that the plane was actually LATE arriving to YEG from a previous flight. I'm not expecting any specific reimbursement for the inconveniences to us or our family picking us up, but we and other customers should NEVER be decieved. If the flight is late, tell us, and indicate whether connecting flights (for those that have them) will be withheld or not or to make appropriate arrangements if otherwise not possible.

Cons: 2 hour delay with very little communication as to why. Plane was way too big for a short domestic flight (boarding and departure took longer than the flight itself). Parked at far end of the airport so 15+ mins walk to arrivals. All around one of the worst flight experiences I’ve had in years!

Pros: Great price! For the price, we didn't expect much, just travel and get there safe - NO FRILLS. We paid a little extra for legroom and are happy this was not an inflated price. Paying in advance for our bag and getting a small discount was also appreciated. "Get what you pay for" without feeling "nickled and dimed" is what we consider economical and fare treatment.

Cons: Again "you get what you pay for" is considered. However if I was to be critical, the choice of movies was a little stressful and one sided. (Star Wars and The Avengers). I brought my own entertainment but I felt bad for the Older generation who may have preferred something a little more relaxing and less CGI explosions. Also the interior decor and hardware of the plane was seriously aged and worn, which could use for an upgrade soon.

Excellent 8.5

Pros: Comfortable seat with plenty of hip & leg room.

Cons: Charged $35. for luggage because I didn't know I could go online with the Flair Air website & pay prior to check in. They were friendly and advised me to do this in the future.

Pros: Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself.

Cons: The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!

I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

Cons: Let me see, waited over an hour for a flight to catch up from Ottawa. Now flight to Vancouver over an hour late, gets in about 10 minutes before flight to Hong Kong leaves. So they say will wait for us as flight not full. Nope, flight leaves without 7 of us. Got the " don't know what happened" look. So they give us a $60 dollar food voucher, and take us to hotel because now must wait 12 hours for next flight. Tell us to be in lobby at a certain time to catch shuttle back to airport. Time comes, sorry no room, and buggers off. They call taxis, when drivers find drive for vouchers, tell us to load own baggage! Not likely to fly West Jet again.

Pros: Fairly smooth itinerary. Clean plane and friendly workers. Cramped seats, no entertainment system, three pretzel snack and not enough overhead space with everyone trying to cram too many personal items onboard makes for a frustrating experience. Not enough competition amongst Canadian operators. Expensive flight for such a short trip yet still a nickel and dime operation. Hopefully service will improve.

Cons: See above

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
