Pros: The plane didn't crash like website and they did not charge $10 for printing off my boarding pass, as no one could with website down. Also, some budget airlines now only allow 40lbs in checked baggage, Looks like they allow 50lbs.

Cons: Similar problem on the way home, could not book luggage online but could check in. Shop closes at 5 CST so could not call. Even though we told at checkout that it was because of the Christmas volume online, still had to pay Airport (extra) price to check-in baggage. They said I could perhaps get the penalty fee returned if I called in. Told her it's not worth 2 hours on a paid long distance call to get $20 back.

Cons: New leaf discontinued their Sunday Halifax to Hamilton flight which was to be my return flight home. They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

Pros: Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself.

Cons: The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!

Pros: Comfortable seat with plenty of hip & leg room.

Cons: Charged $35. for luggage because I didn't know I could go online with the Flair Air website & pay prior to check in. They were friendly and advised me to do this in the future.

Pros: Short of the entertainment system incident, the service was pleasant. It was nice to NOT be on a full flight and have both seats to myself.

Cons: Entertainment system was not working, and crew was fairly nonchalant about it. In the past they at least apologized and on the better end gave out drink vouchers. Not this time.

Pros: Everything was perfect on the way back except that people at baggage check in were not properly trained or what.

Cons: We printed the baggage tag for 1 bag and went to a person to give away bag and she said you can't take other bag in the carry-on you have to check in that one as well. We told her to take at least this bag with tag she said bring both. Then worst luck, machine I went was out of tag paper so, went to the line again and other side of lady said I don't have the system for bag who have tag on it so she sent us to the other side that girl(same) again said I can take only one with already tag on it You will have to go to the center lane girl (third) now that girl said boarding is already started you might not get you baggage in this flight you will have to wait 2 hours. Like we had our classes as soon as we were reaching yvr. They wasted almost half an hour by sending us back and forth at yyc. I don't understand the fact that how a baggage with tag printed by the employees will be on same flight and baggage with the tag printed by us will be on next flight although we gave both bags at the same time. How stupid is this? I hope not to face this problem again in future.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.
