I was told by transat to down load an App. to watch entertainment only to be told by Flair Air that they did not provide the service and that I was given the wrong information. So no TV for 5 hrs.

Everything went almost smoothly and so I have little to complain about.

There was a snow storm in Toronto that caused me to lose about an hour. This is obviously to the fault of no one, but it was annoying nonetheless. It ended up causing me to miss my initial flight to Kelowna.

Took an hour to de-ice. The snow was forecasted. I understand it's the airport operations, not airline, but there should be a better way.

I had been very sick the night before the flight and was so weak that I needed a wheelchair. The wheelchair helpers i Vancouver were exceptional. They were so kind and genuinely helpful. I was very grateful. Also, your flight attendants seem to really enjoy their jobs. This is not the case on other airlines!

I checked my little carry-on and it was in Calgary but didn't make it to Vancouver. Trust it will be delivered today.

Fairly smooth itinerary. Clean plane and friendly workers. Cramped seats, no entertainment system, three pretzel snack and not enough overhead space with everyone trying to cram too many personal items onboard makes for a frustrating experience. Not enough competition amongst Canadian operators. Expensive flight for such a short trip yet still a nickel and dime operation. Hopefully service will improve.

I did not like being told flight duration by ground crew and pilot that was wrong. They said it will board at x hour and flight Mie is 4 hrs 20minutes. That makes one think departure plus flight time equals arrival. NO ONE MENTIONED OVE 1 hour taxi time. Getting in four hours late, BTW the rain delay was not really accurate. There was no rain until after we were due to depart! Not enough fuel as loaded so after circling the had to land inYYZ ZTO REFUEL. New leaf discontinued their Sunday Halifax to Hamilton flight which was to be my return flight home. They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

The seats for Club class are not comfortable.

2 hour delay with very little communication as to why. Plane was way too big for a short domestic flight (boarding and departure took longer than the flight itself). Parked at far end of the airport so 15+ mins walk to arrivals. All around one of the worst flight experiences I’ve had in years!

Friendly staff, comfy seats, in flight entertainment and charging stations at every seat

Hassle free and easy. Since our airport arrival was ddlayed by rush hour traffic, the check jn process was made easier by the Air Transit attendant's assistance to be processed through fast track security clearance.

Narrow seats in business, insufficient recline, no extra pillows

The crew and flight was amazing.

Checking in was horrible. I stood in line while many of the agents kept chatting with each other. Then when they finally noticed that I was still standing there 2 of them waved at me. The agent who checked me in acted like I was inconveniencing her, she had a really bad attitude.

On time flight, great staff. Within Canada I will only fly Westjet.

I assume the in flight entertainment was lame. Who uses that? Just give us a basic (no streaming) WiFi connection.
