Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

We could not check in early, I think because we purchases through a third party, therefore once we got to the airport, no seats together, and only middle seats. Will never do that again

I think as another discount flyer they stepped up the bar. I think they should stay around for awhile

Very bad, never get this flight again and crew was worst and are rude especially one bald guy was not helpful and there was an other German guy who was bit helpful. Lufthansa owners should look into this matter seriously and food was not good as well

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags

Another excellent flight and overall experience with Lufthansa. Short flight in a serene atmosphere. Slept throughout the flight. Thank you to the very nice crew.

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.

Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.

Paid extra for the seat to have more leg room they changed the aircraft and gave me the last seat in the cabin and I couldn't even recline the seat backwards due to the wall behind. Asked the crew member she said she will check as she has to accommodate other people and never came back or moved me elsewhere.

It was a full flight and it went smoothly. I sleep most of the flight and I did not buy any food. Landing was perfect and the luggage came out in a reasonable time.

I really find they have good service but need to serve meals on flights longer than 5 hours. Very cheap of them as I am a large stock holder and find they can afford it. Really like tracking my bag and the updating of flight info etc on my text and emails.

The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

They did not have any meal options left on the menu. Only snacks.

Mostly crew good and the flight was safe and comfortable but service was lacking. For an overnight flight of 8hrs 50 it took some two hours to get served a drink and dinner after take off. I asked for Laurent Perrier champagne and was brought Perrier water, which I queried and asked where was the champagne. No response. The issue came up again an hour later when dinner was starting to be served and I was asked whether I wanted another drink, when I reminded I was still waiting for my first champagne! Apologies ensued but dinner service was quite slow. For breakfast I never did get served the hot course! So - no complaints and compliments on the safety of the flight but service underwhelming (and I brought them candies!)

Of our SIX flights in my travel group, five were delayed, and all (except possibly one) were just company screwups. One traveler had her CARRY ON baggage put on another flight because Air Canada could not properly do "weight and Balance". Bags missing for a day. Another traveler never made it. Then, (humor here) the flagship airline of the socialist country has NOTHING FOR FREE on board. Expect to pay for pretzels, folks. How's that socialism working out for ya, aye? I might book air Canada in the future if I have a meeting that I REALLY want to MISS!

I don’t know if there were any snacks served on the 5 hour flight. I might have been napping when the attendants came around. But I usually wake up when they do.

My bag didn’t follow me as it was supposed to leaving me without my bag for the first 12 hours of my 3 day trip. My bag got broken during this time.

Stewart's and Stewardesses were kind amd polite. Pilot communicated very well. Will definitely fly British Airways in the future.

Well, no matter how you cut it, being crammed into economy class seats with little room or freedom to move isn't going to be enjoyable. The airline did a great job getting me there, I have no complaints about the service, and the food was above average airline food.

My flight was late from Rome to London so missed the connection for BA flight to Chicago . Was put up @ hotel & fed . Next morning flight to Chicago was late so missed my connecting flight on SW to Phoenix. Had to rebook for next day on SW @ additional fare of $600 for wife & l . Will miss today’s NFL playoff games while in flight . It’s 5 degrees F in Chicago right now . Thought the food on BA economy was the worst I’ve had on a transatlantic flight . The crew was very nice

Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.

Boarding in Miami was chaotic. Gate crew lost control of the mob! Onboard crew very impersonal. Food was ok — not as good as previous flight. Landed ahead of time.

The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.

They didn’t serve my special order meal. And the “free internet” didn’t work

No priority boarding - all passengers used the business class lane

Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.

2 hour delay with very little information given. Horrible service by BA employees at Heathrow after we missed our connecting flight. Extremely disappointing experience!
