Fast boarding. Cabin temperature was a bit warm, but I guess this is the standard in ANA. The Room seats are spacious, but not long enough for me.

ANA crews are superb, very responsive and caring. Boarding was smooth and so as the landing. Great flights we had with ANA.

The cabin temperature is warmer than I expected and there’s no other way for me to control the temperature. It’s centrally controlled so it’s consistent for everybody. There’s no air flow that I could direct to me if I’m hot. I also noticed people wearing sleeveless shirt. I’m not the only one who noticed that the temp is warm. In a crowded plane, temp should be a little colder, not warm. People can use sweater or use blankets. When it’s warm, there’s no other way to cool down. All 3 ANA planes that I’ve had this trip were all the same. It’s warm. It gets a little claustrophobic if there’s no air flowing or the temp is warm

I loved the Star Wars theme! Hearing C-3P0, R2-D2, and BB-8 was comforting and fun!

ANA was wonderful just needed to upgrade the food and the entertainment.

The crew was so accommodating. If I asked for extra snack they gave it to me. In economy the seats were wide and plenty of legroom. The backrest should have reclined a little more. Instead it barely moved. The footrest was helpful. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend ANA as an alternative to other oversees low-cost airlines.

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

Older 777 - showing lots of wear - Premium econo seats that are difficult to recline and worn springs to they don't return to takeoff position without standing and pulling them forward

Incredible. Amazing legroom. Over head fans for each person. Tv screens were great. Headphones were adequate. Seats were comfortable and spacious. Loved it.

The flight was canceled, and the airlines stated that they don't know when they can put me on another flight. I had to purchase another flight from a different airline. I am now having issues requesting a refund. What a nightmare experience, I will not refer anyone to this airline.

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

The flight was delayed almost three hours because of a labor issue. During the delay, JAL staff did a poor job communicating with customers about what was happening and seemed confused about what to do.

Wow they board very fast and very organized. We left late to to inbound flight but arrived early due to crew organized.

Management of serious allergens despite advance notice. Did not know ingredients contained in their own food. Went as far as to have parents try to ‘take a look at the food’ to ‘see if it was Ok’ since they did not know ingredients. Will inevitably have a passenger with a severe incident if they do not train better.

American Airlines didn’t allow you to complete online check-in unless you paid for your seats. Quite disappointing.

I was feeling very comfortable throughout the flight. I got more leg room than I expected from a Y class seat. But the food was a little disappointing.

This airlines is always my favorite. Very consistent customer service and food is good. My last flight with them, I had no idea we landed because it was just that smooth of a land.

I like the braised beef., miso soup,, and green tea. Very little choices of hollywood movies. The PA announcement in English was not very clear and very soft. I could hardly hear.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

They were helpful, considerate with asking us for standby preboarding with our infant, gave us toys and excellent service onboard. They were always on time, even early boarding once! All our luggage arrived intact, and they even brought our baby car seat to oversized for us. We love China Airlines!

It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.

We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.

First time flying Emirates and business class. What a civilized way to travel, everything was wonderful organized and relaxing. Thank you for providing the best first impression!

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

Everything was good but I think food choices could've been better

My last few flights with Emirates have always been delayed at least a half an hour. When my layover is only an hour and a half to two hours, 30 minutes makes a big difference. I’m going to check out other airlines.

very nice experience…….we had a comfortable fly with emirates…this is 6 th time flying with emirates….i recommend friends to fly with emirates…….

The IFE was unstable the entire flight seats are very dated for business class and meals were not good.

Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.

Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse

My flight was delayed by a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.

The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.

-The cabin was ice cold - When we arrived in Houston there was no gate available -We had to wait 90 minutes for our luggage to arrive.. In the future I will avoid flying with Air Canada at at costs

How would you rate my experience when I was stuck in YOW without being offered a cup of water by the airline?

Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.

We enjoyed that we boarded and took off on time. We didn’t like that our connection flight was a twenty minute walk through the airport with only one hour in between flights.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful
