I’ve been on this flight 4 times in the last year for work and the food never changes and always has my stomach upset by the end of the flight. The cold salad with dinner is never a fan favorite with my traveling team.
Cons: "The entertainment system was not working, and the charging stations weren’t working either."
Pros: "Fast/ efficient"
Cons: "The little plane is always brutal. I'm not a small guy and sat next to an offensive lineman. It was tight for sure!"
Cons: "We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!"
Cons: "We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding."
Cons: "I upgraded to Premium+ and it did not feel like an upgrade from a comfortability standpoint."

Pros: "This was a Delta codeshare on KLM metal. We left on time and arrived early. The crew was very professional. The bathrooms were very clean."

Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Flight delayed to start, then took 2 extra circles over Saskatoon for unexplained reasons and finally had to be pulled by a tow-truck from the runway, since apparently it was not maneuverable for the taxi...not very confidence inducing...
Cons: "Everything was great. Westjet is so much better than Air Canada!"

Pros: "We we’re late getting in from Halifax because of head winds. Walked from one plane to another and luggage arrived with us."
I didn’t like anything. They delayed the first flight by over an hour then I got to the gate at my other flight 10 mins prior to scheduled departure the plane was still there, but the door was closed I was told to go see customer service got diverted to Kingston and my bag didn’t arrive. The worst airline and travel experience ever
Being on time for departure … my flight was delayed nearly an hour, on board.
The flight attendants were friendly. The food was ok, but the wine was cheap. I was disappointed!
Both flights were delayed in taking off. The flight to Montreal was delayed by several hours. We also sat on the runway for quite a while for both flights.

Pros: "The on board crew were pleasant for the most part. It was a full flight so they were also working hard. Check-in was easy, and the gate area had plenty of space to wait to board. We did get some sort of unspecific voucher for something for the entertainment system not working... have to log onto their site to even find out what it's for."
Cons: "Entertainment system didn't work, so luckily we had loaded up devices with stuff for the kids. We were hopeful that my son could watch a couple of movies, but they tried to reset it... at least we got a voucher. One seat back was missing the USB outlet and one didn't work in our row of three. Regular power (of which there are two... why don't the window seat get one?) was half working... so luckily everything was charged. The gate agent threatened to boot anyone off the plane to the next day if you tried to board before your zone was called... that seemed questionable."

Cons: "Their new fare for budget flights processing is outrageous. I was advised booking the flight carrying size only undervfront seat storage. Then got an email explaining how this works. Then tried to checkin online 24 hours prior and you can't since you are not checking baggage. Got to airport to find that can't checkin except at counter as you need a UAL employee to scan their I'd during process to get boarding pass. Waited for employee and then she was rude about it. Again reminded me I can't bring anything else onboard or will cost me extra at gate. If UAL wants to offer this they need to be more customer friendly. I was far from impressed for the inconvenience I experienced being s longtime UAL Frequent Flier."
Pros: "On this flight at least customer service agent gave us seat together. It was very nice of her. Also flight crew were much better. At least I didn't feel like that they hate the customers."
