They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.
Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.
Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.
Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.
On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.
Overall, very uneventful and pleasant experience. Most importantly, no delays.

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.
I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy. They served white fish.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.

Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible
Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.
Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse

It was my first experience with westjet and it is really awesome to travel with westjet. I highly recommend to everyone.
I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame

Cancelled flight had to fight for a hotel voucher and lost my upgrade. Not great business.
My place was cancelled at the last minute throwing my traveling schedule off. I barely made it on the last ferry home.

Checked bag- one should be free for overseas flights. Seats were extremely uncomfortable. Will probably not fly Canada Air again.
The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.

The flight left an hour late and no explanation. Food was basically a few snacks out of bags and tiny cup of soda. Crew was pretty friendly.
United delayed the flight to assist customers to make the connection. The Ohara customs area was overwhelm which created an issue for customers trying to make the Little Rock connection. The delayed allow several customers to make the final flight into Little Rock.
The trip was good except for the delay that caused a connection issue in Chicago.
