Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.
Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.
Starlink is great Crew was polite Business class didn’t get a welcome drink just water and snacks were ok

Good but airlines getting smaller. I didn't like the meal but the service was fine. Flight was fine and luggage arrived. So good.
I understand weather is an issue, but making us chase our plane down at five scheduled gates across three terminals in an airport the size of O'Hare was unfair. They'd have probably been better off to leave gates as TBD until the inbound plane is in final approach instead of running us all over the place. Also, props to the consistently-unprepared ground crew in Richmond for once again leaving my lane parked short of the gate because they couldn't have a crew in place on time with 2 hours notice...
cabin crew was OK, food was OK, the trip from the US to Munich was actually pretty bad comfort wise. Noisy aircraft, lights never dimmed even in Business class (night flight) barely sufficient amenities for the price. I have millions of miles with United but TBH American is gaining ground and Delta has always been marginally better then United although on paper United has more longes and cheaper upgrades.
Despite travelling ultra basic for the first time due to such increased rates we both managed with one bag each. Even boarding last wasn’t SO bad.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable

The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
Flight was early. That’s the only positive I can share. I paid for wifi on the flight and it didn’t allow me to use any streaming services so it was a waste of $20. West Jet also lost my ski equipment on my way to a ski vacation. They told me it would be delivered to the hotel as soon as it arrived at the airport. It was never delivered. I had to pick it up at the airport on my way home. I am completely disgusted with my experience on west jet
The window seat on the emergency row was too small. I had a different seat booked and they moved me. My seat remained open. It was very uncomfortable.
Experience was good, the wifi hook up is somewhat tough

Flight was from Detroit to Richmond, not from Atlanta. Only coffee, tea and water were served since it was a short flight. But I really could have used a coke!
I got bumped by Qantas to American Airlines incurring a 6 hr layover at lax. I was not happy
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.
Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available

Delayed almost 4 hours for a 45 minute flight with no explanation.
The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.
I disliked that I didn’t have a flight today, not entirely sure why I’m being asked

check in for premium economy very nice. Friendly attendants. Best security video ever. Seriously. That's about it. Not a good bang for the premium economy buck, to be truthful. I had hoped/expected for a little more.
Delayed 2 and a half hours Middle seat next to a majorly overweight guy who took up most of my seat
Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
Multiple delays and gate changes resulting in arrival with a 5 hour delay.
One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.
Flight was cancelled due to lack of crew and will never plan on flying with United again.
