Check in - no check in line for premium passengers.( really bad experience) Cabin crews could not separate passengers from other cabin consisting using lavatory there fore passengers constantly walk back and forward. (It’s really unpleasant) It’s. Not worth the money to paid for the experience and services."

Cons: "Our connecting flight did not exist because we had to drive to Calgary to catch our flight to Cancun due to mechanical problems in the plane. WestJet was incredibly unhelpful and getting any kind of refund from them for our troubles has been very difficult. The air was broken on the flight back."

I was not made aware prior to getting to the airport that my entire flight was cancelled causing me $2,000s in financial losses.
Entertainment was good. Was only offered a middle seat near rear of economy cabin.
Staff was great at checkin as well as flight crew. I also appreciate the effort to keep carryon at the intended limit
Flight was delayed for 5 hours from 11:45 to 17:11 and my hotel check out was 9:00 on the morning. Very last minute delay and there should be more compensation than $20 dollar meal vouchers.

Cons: "Boarding took way too long. Typically an airline will ask people to voluntarily check their overhead luggage free of charge if they know it's a full flight, not on this flight. Instead, they tried to get everyone to board with luggage in hand, then once they realized there was not enough space they asked people to hold on to their luggage while they came through the plane to tag it and stow it below - very inefficient and made the boarding process crazy as people tried to make their way around luggage that was sitting in the aisles."
Pros: "United Airline is lying to its guests. United advertise they will be middle seat between pesengers and we board a packed flight today. United is irresponsible and putting pessengers at risk of covid-19 exposure! This is unacceptable. False advertising - people paid for social distance on the plane bit encounter the opposite !!"

Cons: "After UA posted a four hour delay for my original flight, I switched to the next available 1.5 hours later. That flight got delayed and then delayed some more, and by the time I got to SFO, the flight I originally booked, landed about 20 minutes later."

Cons: "Our confirmation on Nov 21 (7 months ago) had my wife and I sitting together for this 10+ hour flight. When we boarded we were in different rows and the first stewardist acted like there was not much that could be done about it"

Cons: "They were late and then they were later with no explanation. The crew was rude and doesn’t understand customer service. This is what you get when you use regional airlines. I flew 240,000 miles commercially last year and did not use United on any trip."

Cons: "Bathroom not maintained during flight. Vomiting child seated behind us (which I know was not the airlines fault, it was gross though)."
