Flight delayed three times no explanation, left 5 hours after initial time, disrupted my job
The kiosk was fast. I got in and got my baggage tag right away. There was a long lines at baggaged check in But it moved fast and checked my baggage with no problem. The flight was good. The flight attendants were very helpful, friendly and always smiling.
Didn’t realize we couldn’t actually get the full food menu while on-board. I saw that pre-ordering was available but didn’t realize the impact. Also didn’t know there weren’t entertainment devices on board had to bring your own device which I would’ve preferred to have clarity about ahead of time.
Flight was on time. Crew was helping & seat were comfortable.
Great airline attendants. However I could not get the entertainment to work on the app

Alaska Airlines has horrible customer service. After sitting in a packed airplane for over an hour, they decided to cancel our flight and had us deplane. Instead of helping us nearby, we had to ride two trains (in Seattle Airport), from the S-Gates to the C-Gates; only to stand in a line for 3 and a half hours. Throughout the 3 hours, there was often 1 agent at the customer service counter to help the passengers trying to get information and accommodation on a flight that they cancelled. Do better!
There was no food or entertainment. I was in the middle seat which was uncomfortable. The flight and crew were fine.
Service was excellent and the fact that I didn’t have to request to sit next to my kids when there were no seats next to each other was amazing. Love how Alaska anticipated the seat arrangements. One feature that would take the flight from good to amazing would be to have a screen available with headphones with games and movies, but the kids loved the little boxes and were entertaining with the game—it also helped them get away from too much screen time.
The staff was friendly and the flight ran on time. Boarding was a zoo. This process could be greatly improved. They have done away with the entertainment they used to offer in favor a wifi signal for our phones and that wasn't working in half the flights. The beverage selection is poor and the quantity was minimal. I'm sure when the airlines can come up with something cheaper to serve than pretzels they they will switch to it. If their budget is that tight what else are they skimping on? (Maintenance, fuel, safety) Over all I'm underwhelmed!
Flight was delayed several times. At one point, they "pulled back" 15 minutes from the delayed boarding and sent a text saying we would board sooner than previously advised. The flight then was delayed again. And when we boarded, there was an unspecified technical issue which had us waiting in the plane for about an hour.
Delta is a good airline. I've never had an issue with Delta. I'll continue to fly with them until they show me that I shouldn't.
The only thing nice I can say is the flight crew was really nice and apologetic about the situation. They shared as much information as they had and advised us on what we could do about missing connecting flights. The boarding process was so slow. The gate agent was working by herself and should have had someone working with her. It took almost an hour to board because she was trying to board a full flight of people and provide customer service to everyone who was flying standby and/or had questions. It was really chaotic. This didn't help the fact that we were delayed and folks were missing connections the longer it took.
The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.
Did not realize internet screen was hidden between seats and no info printed!!!!
I went to washroom twice and once there was no toilet seat cover and the other no toilet paper at all. I don't think it was ever replenished or checked before we boarded as it was very early on in the flight.
2 of the seats in row 31 the entertainment system was not working, and one seat the tray table did not go all the way down. Flight arrived early and departed on time which was great.
Very good flight crew and very nice people staff were incredible especially the gate agent
Waited at the usual crowded gate at DCA where one ends up standing up because there aren't enough seats.
The flight was delayed for about 2 hrs. Other than it, it was good.

Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.
It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
A little better seat cushions would be appreciated. Crews were all good.

Flight delayed 3 hours, missed my connection in Atlanta. Instead of getting to Savannah at 6PM arrived after 10:00PM Middle seat, couldn't get isle or window, couldn't book my seats in advance, had to book at the gate. That's a 1st for me and I used to travel a lot
They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.
My seat was covered in vomit and I will be reaching out to Air Canada
It's kindof ridiculous that your system is even asking me about this since my flight was canceled and I wasn't rescheduled.
3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed
Digital check in is very poor with air canada compaired to other airlines
