I had to change my flight due to son-in-law being in hospital. It cost me an extra $210.00. I bought insurance when I purchased my tickets. They have done nothing about it!!!!! I filed a claim and they tried to close it without even so much as ask any questions. This is the worst flight insurance ever. I am still fighting it!! My next step is to get a lawyer involved. You should push the insurance with a company that’s worth it! This makes it on you as well since your selling it.
Much better experience than at SeaTac. No one yelled….all nice The microphone was working for boarding….unlike SeaTac BIGGEST BUMMER….GOT SEATED BACK BY THE BATHROOMS AND YOU IT SMELLED THE WHOLE TRIP. A BLESSING….is they … Left the lights and air on until we were unloaded….UNLIKE SEATAC TO ST. LOUIS….THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS AND AIR OFF IN ALMOST 100 degree weather…IT SUCKED!
Everything went well with all aspects of the flight. Honestly, if fares continue to compete with SW (which I always used to fly) I will fly Alaska if I can.
Don’t cancel the flight, had to spend a whole day sitting in the airport.
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.
They closed boarding too early. They made me pay extra to continue flying with them. Their customer service is non-responsive. I used to love Alaska Airlines, but they've definitely regressed.
My flight was delayed 2 hours which led me to lose my connection. As a consequence, I had to spend hours changing flights and hotel reservations to arrange my arrival to Vancouver.
No Free Wifi and the flight was a tad late.
The plane was clean. They got us to the destination. It was very difficult to hear the announcements at the gate. The person was speaking way too quickly, and the sound system did not carry to all parts of the seating area at the gate. The flight left more than an hour late, which left many of the passengers missing connections.
The flights left both airports on schedule. The flight from Idaho Falls to Seattle was a typical commuter trip. The flight from Seattle to Maui was not good: It was too long for a flight in a single-aisle plane and too cramped. I kept asking myself if I would ever visit Maui again if airlines continue to run this long flight like a typical short commuter flight. I am not looking forward to the trip home.
Movie selection was meh. Food was great. Crew as always great. I paid for premium because that’s the only way not to feel like a sardine. That’s how economy should be imo. Sadly passengers have to pay an extra $1000 to get what they should at base price but that’s all airlines. The airline industry in general treats passengers as cargo.
Gate agent rushed to fill hot jetway with crowd so it took over 12 minutes to go from gate to plane. Just like a discount airline Pooly prepared cabin and third time that claim of rough air prevented any cabin service. Friends on a Southwest flight at similar time had service.
My only complaint on any flight is meals but your gnocchi was good. The worst is breakfast. I can’t understand why you don’t just serve something simple like yogurt, fruit and a muffin or cinnamon roll.

The crew was very nice and very attentive. However, I was surprised to find that they did not carry small throw-up bags. I got sick from the turbulence and they had to bring me a trash bag.😳 You can imagine how embarrassing is to lift a large trash bag with vomit over somebody else's head. Just bring this small discreet little bags back to the regular supply for the seats. Otherwise, I love Delta airlines.
Lounge in Lagos is terrible, food on board from Lagos to Atlanta was horrible. Only bright spot the cabin crew were awesome.
Flight delayed for two and half hours and then canceled altogether due to mechanical issues. No mechanic onsite to fix so had to send one from LAX.
It was beautiful easy and smooth experience. Thank you. Will definitely get Delta for my next travel.

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.

it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks

Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy
So far so good but food and entertainment are not available for this flight
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

Flight delayed 3 hours, missed my connection in Atlanta. Instead of getting to Savannah at 6PM arrived after 10:00PM Middle seat, couldn't get isle or window, couldn't book my seats in advance, had to book at the gate. That's a 1st for me and I used to travel a lot
my carry-on bag was delayed and I did not receive it until the day of my return at the airport. This delay caused me significant inconvenience, as I did not have access to my personal belongings for the duration of my trip. I had expected to rely on my carry-on items, and being without them negatively impacted my travel experience.
Technology issues at the bag-check counter caused a delay, and we were unable to check out our bags, ultimately missing our flight. They offered no assistance other than telling us to book another flight out of Calgary. We arrived with plenty of time; if there hadn't been an issue with the kiosk and the length of the lines due to the technical issues, we could have made it home.
Worst check in and bag drop off experience. Staff were incredibly rude given that it’s the WestJet system that is faulty.
The staff at the airport and on the plane were wonderful I especially wanna acknowledge the staff who boarded us at the Calgary airport. The women who helped us board at the airport were incredible… they were so kind and sweet…I very happy with WestJet and I am hoping I can fly more often to Canada.
We were happy with our experience. The price for tickets was much less than Delta and we actually took off and landed a little ahead of scheduled times.
The flight was very smooth and good. Boarding was fast, but the staff was just decently friendly.
Air Canada flight staff are in contact negotiations and they are less than happy and it show. The process of self checking baggage is less than desirable with lack of support staff to help

I swear airplane seats keep getting smaller and smaller but everything else was great. Smooth sailing and we got in early.
No food to provide, they forgot that, in some cases, people stay at the airport for hours without food. Now, to provide them with food, they have to ask them to pay, because some don't have money. That way, they can't eat.
After a long flight from Tokyo, our connecting flight home was canceled due to “maintenance” while we were on our layover in Toronto. Very frustrating to close out our honeymoon, although I’m sure others had it even worse during last week’s strike. Air Canada staff at Pearson Airport are the one thing that kept me remotely at peace during this — they were very helpful and deserve a lot of props. But I would not fly Air Canada again.
I had wonderful wheelchair assistance through the Montreal airport onto the flight. Air Canada was excellent in this both at the Fredericton airport and the Montreal one where an attendant helped us through customs as well as transport and baggage security.
