Be careful of online seat inquiries as the airline will charge you for seats that you haven't booked. If you are adding seats in your cart but don't go through with selections the airline will still charge you!!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

Very tight seats - no legroom at all, very tight to the person in front of you. If you have basic fare, you are loading zone 6 regardless of where you are sitting in the plane - meaning even as a middle aisle person at the front of the plane, I had to get people to get up and let me in as they had boarded earlier. Having to pay for a carry on is criminal. I am a frequent flyer, and air Canada has now joined the list of other terrible North American Airlines.

The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.

Easy flight, on time, easy check in but long lines.

i cannot remember in the last 10 years, when was the last time i couldn't stretch my legs while sitting. while seated, my knees are almost touching the seat in front of me. the order of Languages of onboard announcements is not the best in all other companies they use their national language FIRST , in air senegal they lut rheir national language last. What a shame

ldid not like the late departure did not like the late food service. Food should have been serve earlier ro allow more sleeping time. Did not like beeing interrupted just to show announcement about their duty free onboard Finally baggage did not make it to final destination and are still in casablanca.

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not

I couldn’t find my boarding pass with the information provided by Underpricer. It took me several hours to find what the issue was. Finally I got the right code to get my boarding pass from American Airlines. Underpricer WhatsApp call center finally got it right. When I got to Casablanca my luggage was left in Miami. Not sure which airline fault it was if Air Maroc or AA. I filled out a report with Air Maroc

Flight was late, economy seats are uncomfortable, and there is no entertainment. Food looked good, although I did not eat as it was Ramadan. Flight crew competent and professional. Ticket was not good value for money. Too expensive.

Horrible. Flight was overbooked and I was put on a flight to Miami without a leg to my final destination. And Kayak is not helping resolve the problem

I would like to praise one of the stewards, Mohamed, who was swift and efficient to help me as I was not feeling well at some point during the flight.

Due to the operational delay with Southwest, I missed my connecting flight in New York. Southwest rebooked me with Turkish. Southwest paid for my accommodation in NY, but did not provide food at the hotel. I ended up spending 34 dollars on my dinner. Moreover, in Istanbul, where I transited, I had more than 10 hours of layover without access to the Turkish Lounge. I spent 117 USD to have access to the Yotel cabin for only 4 hours of rest and recuperation from jet lag. This was the most painful trip I have ever had in my life.

Cancellation was really bad no organizations at all and I want to choose a direct flight for the 18 January counter agent does not allowed me no even to speak was rude I was forced to got a third world country flight
