Weren’t even given earphones to use the entertainment system
Very friendly and attentive flight attendants, good food service. Seat was comfortable. However, the in flight electronics were poor. The screen froze repeatedly; the controller died; the headphones are a hit or miss; the wifi wasn't usable. Very scarce communication before the flight (no email reminder). Almost impossible to understand in-flight communications (audio was very poor).
The meals were not the greatest and lacking of appetite but everything else was spot on
Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.
On time. Friendly and helpful flight attendants. The plane was clean. Having a wine available would have been nice.
Your staff was exceptional. Could teach the other airlines-rules on etiquette, and service. Excellent landings on flights, carried out by your pilots. Only complaint is long delay on return flight in Beijing, onto Vancouver.
Worst than I expected, crew was not attentive, meal was as disgusting , they didn’t even drink selections as they would to other passengers. I felt discriminated
I hate that you cannot check in online and when you are at the airport, there aren't any aisle seats left. Also, they could work a little on subtitles for their movies (not everyone is a native English speaker).
Nothing to complain of, the only reason I am not giving better marks is that I am used to flying with ANA and they are the top.
Communication between the captain/crew and the passengers needs to be improved.
There should be a visible sign of Air Canada, because I walked all around and I didn't notice where was the desk, I was in a rush for the time because it was very difficult for me to find the D gate.
Older interior meant less luggage storage space. Service was good. I was in business class. I receive better service from other carriers

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us
All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.
Over all good except the food was not good at all
It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.
My flight got Delayed due to the airline. The attending Crewe in Montreal were not super helpful and I arrived 13 1/2 hours late from my original arrival time. Air Canada lost my luggage, they stated they booked me a hotel room overnight at no fee, however when I arrive to the hotel, there was no reservation. It also took me three different attempts to get the hotel, even covered by Air Canada as they were arguing that they were not responsible for this, despite it having been delayed due to the airline. Overall, the service was very very poor and what should’ve been a short five hour trip turned into a 13 1/2 hour saga with me, spending a night in a random airport overnight due to Air Canada’s errors, and searching for my luggage until 2 o’clock in the morning. I will never fly Air Canada again.
$2600 for the flight with food then not even a dog will eat specially breakfast
Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.
