C$ 196 Find Cheap Flights from Cranbrook to Abbotsford – Compare and Save

The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.

Very short flight. No food or entertainment required. Nice crew. Flight left late.

Not sure what happened, but for some reason we had to sit on the plane for an extra 10 minutes once we arrived in Abbotsford. Obviously, it was an engine issue.

Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.

The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet

Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance

Very efficient crew. Plane was newer and clean. Would have liked gluten free snack options.

It was good but not comfortable seat with the long legged persons.

I will definitely book another west jet flight again. In fact, I just booked more flights with WestJet and I booked some for my friends.

The in-flight was not working. Fortunately had Netflix downloaded. Flight was not full so extra seats available (unlike the trip down). Flight crew was great.
