More people for check in and boarding. I almost missed my flight because I showed up 50 mins before boarding not 60 mins. Pretty stressful.
It was really good. Excellent communication and care. I will definitely be flying Pacific Coastal again!

The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.
No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?
Very short flight. No food or entertainment required. Nice crew. Flight left late.
Flight delayed missed connecting flight crew not very helpful very frustrating customer service
Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.
The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.
Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance
Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
Flight was cancelled. Not enough agents to deal with the people in the line. We left and found our own way to Vancouver.
Flight was great. Meal was really good. Boarding was terrible. Too many people in a small boarding lounge, zones not clearly marked.
Flight was late leaving. Charge for luggage which still has not arrived and will be delivered in a week.
Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.
Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.
All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
