Our gate agent was absolutely amazing. Personable, kind, and helpful. She alone makes me want to return to use Alaska Airlines.
Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.
Everything was good. Please have a wheat free option for snacks in the future.
Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
How can I review what was denied to me. Instead of offering to let me pay for the ticket I got booted of my flight with no way home and no choice but to purchase another ticket for 12 hours later. Filing a complaint with the DOT

Coke zero offered...good. The proptness of flight was late. This has been a everytime thing for my last 9 flights. And is putting alot of pressure on my connecting flights. Not a bit punctual. I am always early, but Ak. Airlines is not. And people i happen fly beside, parrot the same thing. The baggage delivery to baggage claim, is not prompt. Its slowwwww. The seats are poorly padded, very crowd. We need more room, not padding the airlines bottom line. Its like a cattle car. More leg room, more side to side room. And attendants need upgrade of verbal skills. I have been faithful to Ak. A., but it will change if changes are not made. Not the only planes in the sky.
We were very late to take off, late exit plane, and luggage took a long time.
Great if it’s not a long flight in coach.
Flight attendant missed us first pass with beverage. We had to ask for water on second pass as we were going to be missed again.
The first class flight attendant was awful to everyone. Very rude; no customer service. She should not be working in first class.
Smaller plane for a longer flight than my first one. Doesn’t make sense.
Love delta smaller commuter plane so no entertainment and paid wifi on MKE-LGA leg was extremely unreliable and slow

Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
bulkhead seat had very little legroom - even in bsiness class.
Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
It was our first time flying wit Air Canada. I found most everything very good, however, our flights leaving and returning were both delayed. And we were met with no place to de-board the plane and had to wait an additional 45 minutes on the plane after arrival. That was very disappointing. Also hefty fees both ways on what would normally be a carry on bag on any other airline.

After we boarded, we sat on the tarmac at least a half hour. Not that big a deal really but kept me from giving the survey an excellent.
Traveling from Montreal to SFO, after landing in SFO, there was no announcement about where to claim our luggages. Our gate was in Terminal 1, and went to the luggage claim area in T1, but couldn't find any information on the screen. Eventually, an airport agent told us that our luggages would arrive in Terminal 2 luggage claim area.
Great flights. Only criticism is when landed I. Montreal, wheelchair service has no signage or anyone letting you know where to go , just an older gentleman at the desk looking confused
It's always very chill when flying to/from Billy Bishop airport and a fabulous view of Toronto on the way up/down. Free beer too on the plane!
This is a regional jet. As far as those go it was average. Again poor quality for an expensive seat. Not worth the upgrade

We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.
