Find First Class Flights to Jackson – Compare and Save

Flights was great, service and transit support was outstanding - but the food was limited and of poor quality - only a snack on the first hour for 2 hours 1/2 leg. and a light breakfast on the second 4 hour leg.

First class flight crew was barely available. They came through 3 times while we were on the plane for nearly 4 hours.

I like the first class seat amenities like the phone charger on the armrest even though it didnt really work on mine and the partition between the seats. I also liked that there were additional places to stash things during the flight. The food I got was steak and it was really tough to cut with the knife. Chewy too. A little disappointed in that. I liked that your name is on the screen too. nice touch. great service overall.

First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.

The flight was excellent. Their was no service as we boarded, the flight attendants spent about 30 minutes just taking and not really caring that the cabin was about 80 degrees and did not offered any beverage to first class passengers or any passenger. The flight from DEN to ONT is not long but not under an hour, we received one drink and bag of chips if you were lucky. I was in first class…. I did leave my hat on the plane and it only took less than five minutes for a United rep to locate and bring it to me.

Very Poor. Significant delays getting to Chicago and then very poor communication on delays in Chicago to Cleveland. We could have rented a car and driven there faster than the delays ended up being.

I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A

I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.
