Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.

We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
Our flight to Chicago O'Hare was delayed an hour, causing us to miss our connection to MSP and spend an extra 3 hours at O'Hare so we could board a plane with a damaged door and wait another 45 minutes or so. The crew was great, the food decent, The drinks were great: 2 glasses of a nice South African Shiraz, an ice cold can of Beck's Beer, and Dewar's White Label on the rocks.

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible
It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !
Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.
You only get a chocolate square and small bottle of water.!
I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me
1. Food provided was not per the selection. 2. Very old and outdated media infotainment and not much language oriented films 3. Better provide with a proper headset rather cheap in ear headphones.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.
This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.
Despite booking our flights 3 months in advance, my spouse and I were given different seat assignments for the 9 hour flight back to the US. At the boarding counter when I asked if we could have assistance changing seats, I was told it was a full flight and I should talk to the crew once boarded. When I asked a crew member for assistance in fixing the issue, I was told that I was welcome to ask around but that they couldn't force anyone to change seats. Everyone around us seemed to be with their traveling companions; ultimately, we got lucky with one row having empty seats, so we moved ourselves once the doors were shut.
I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.

The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.
Crammed seats for a 9 hour flight. Entertainment selections very limited
My connection from London to SFO was cancelled and I was given an economy seat on a next flight 8hrs later even though I had business class. I had to work with British airlines representative to have it changed. It was a mess .. how come you just cancel a complete flight for operational issues ??? So many travelers are affected. In fact I have never heard that before. Unlikely to travel British airlines again
There was an unfortunate 1 hour long wait where we had to sit still on the plane. While travelling with a 10 months old that is challenging and when I stood up to comfort my baby rocking her to sleep (in order to also not disturb other passengers) one of the crew told me to sit down as we were taking off immediately. Another 15 minutes went on before we took off so definitely very uncomfortable situation and I would also say a lack of empathy from that respective lady. I do understand rules on the plane, I have been travelling for the last 15 years, but rules can be adjusted when there is knowledge of delay departure.
Busy flight and less room to rest on overnight flight.
A heated chicken pie as a snack was terrible and could not be eaten. It should never be served. The crew took a long time in cleaning up after meals
the only problem was mechanical and who knows if it could've been prevented or not. but the team made sure we were comfortable regardless. it's a quality staff, that despite circumstances did their best to accommodate it's passengers. overall, everyone i met on the ba flight was very friendly and professional.
