Just a little improvement on food but everything is excellent
We stood for a long time beyond the gate before any boarding occurred. Other than that, it was fine. It helped that it wasn't a full plane.
Like- beer/wine for free Dis-like- all other aspects- customer service was horrible the entire trip. No help from Air Canada after they changed flight 6+ hours later. Also they put us on standby for no reason. Then almost 2 hours to get our bags after we arrived back at airport
Everything was fine, crew was great. Always appreciate an on-time flight.
I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Old, noisy plane, bad coffee, delayed. Flight attendant was very nice.

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.

Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.
We paid for business class, and my seat did not work at all. Each time I wanted to adjust the position, an attendant had to come to physically force the seat into its new position. They tried to fix it by fiddling with the electronics (military reset, for example), to no avail. Also, the food was just mediocre. We were at the end of a serving section, so they ran out of several choices. (This was on the flight from Los Angeles to Munich.)
The crew was the best I’ve ever encountered. Business class was spacious, immaculate, and very modern.
The plane was over an hour late taking off... the plane was rather tired looking, seat cushion was thin and uncomfortable, the sound on my entertainment system wasn't working... crew are not friendly.
Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Small plane, only two bathrooms, no screen for videos. Not wide enough seats
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
