Excellent flight crew. Very comfortable plane. Entertainment options on air Canada were great!
One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.
Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.
Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak

Be aware that your carry on is no longer a carryon. They go by the weight not just the size. Because we were forced to check them we missed our connection. Waiting over half hour at the luggage carrosol. Also, this added inconvenience happened because they "kayak" changed our itinerary knowing our connection was almost impossible, they wouldn't make different flights. Will never book the flight through KAYAK. USE the carrier for direct.
All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.
A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.
The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.
Not bad. We had preboarding tickets but the preboarding was badly managed. We lined up behind all the parents with little kids etc and when we got to the front of the line the attendant deliberately turned away from us and ignored us until I asked to be allowed to go to the gate. She started telling us that we had to wait until I told her we had preboarding then she let us through.
