The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.
I didn't think about not having the right app for wifi because my connecting flight was with Westjet and when I took off from Seattle I was thinking I would use my wifi, but realized I couldn't on my Westjet app and I did not have Delta's app downloaded.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.

Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

Loading was delayed multiple times, due to what seemed like boarding pass check system failures, or poor process. Additional delays due to plane congestion on the airport tarmac. All was made up by comfortable seating, good food and good in-flight entertainment.

Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.
The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet
They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.
Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating
The flight was very smooth and good. Boarding was fast, but the staff was just decently friendly.
No food to provide, they forgot that, in some cases, people stay at the airport for hours without food. Now, to provide them with food, they have to ask them to pay, because some don't have money. That way, they can't eat.
Flight was cancelled last minute. Had to scramble and purchase a $2000 flight through a separate airlines. Stuck in Toronto two extra days. Missed my first two days on a new job. Had to rent a car for an additional two days. Scrambled to fins a place to live those extra two days. Spent a ton of extra money and lost a lot of money, as well as made a poor impression at work. Terrible, return flight was cancelled a night before the flight was scheduled to depart and I was notified by an email and an automated message on their phone line. I’ll never book Air Canada again
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
luggage and cary on were extra, as well as seat selection. $240.00 was added to the final price tag.
Good flight, friendly crew and overall - good service on United Airlines.
Enjoyed the flights with Air Canada. Friendly, courteous staff and flight crew - kept us informed and efficiently got us boarded and to destination on time. Seats were reasonably comfortable and good room in the overhead spaces.
