I had a wonderful experience flying with delta. The gentleman taking care of us on our flight was so nice, accommodating, and attentive. He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience.

Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

Space and comfort was good. Staff could have been more helpful and friendly.

The plane smelled like a sewer. Multiple passengers complained. It’s a safety and quality issue to clean these planes.

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

I recently had foot surgery and traveled my first time needing assistance. The flight attendants on this flight went above and beyond accommodating my partner and I. I had a panic attack from the medication I was on, and the flight attendants made me feel safe and comfortable when they saw me in distress. They relocated me to an area of the aircraft that made me feel more comfortable and we had our own row which helped reduce my anxiety tremendously.

I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

Too many oversized carryon baggage. If carrier reduced checked luggage fee this could be avoided. The staff were friendly and helpful, very professional.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating
