Cons: "The flight was late leaving and most of the passengers needed to catch connecting flights, so there was some anxiety as the crew didn't have any information as to whether or not we'd be able to connect."

Cons: "Improve seat comfort"

Pros: "Seats and plane condition"

Cons: "Missed the connection in Toronto. Had to spend the night there. My skis arrived one day late to my destination."

Cons: "Rouge is terrible compares to regular Air Canada."

Cons: "Flight was late departing"

Pros: "Entertainment unit and comfort were standard 5/5 for both"
Cons: "Boarding a massive 777 is difficult but some how other airlines do it smoother. Not sure how boarding 3 zones at once makes sense, which created a long que. Plus a delayed plane didn’t help the matter Unnecessary comments by one crew member while passengers were putting away their luggage were over heard and provided no value to the situations. Cup of noodles and a 3 tiny pieces of beef plate were provided for dinner which was very disappointing. While a typical egg breakfast and snack were also provided. Hot beverages were generally not served due to turbulence and water service during the 12hr flight was minimal."

Cons: "Plane was delayed 30 minutes-1 hour on tarmac prior to takeoff for deicing"

Pros: "On-line check-in was available."
Cons: "It was very confusing as to where to get bag tags after encountering issue with printing from the machines. No reps were kind enough to spend 3 mins to look at my situation/case and provide immediate guidance. As a result, I missed my flight and needed to pay extra to get on one."

Cons: "Time is money. Instead of telling customers to arrive 3 hours before departure and it is their problems if they can make it, a better way to be helpful is to have representatives ready to spend 3 minutes to look at customers' status, offer feasible options and point people to the right directions right away. Be a part of the solution! Don't be such a pain when you can offer a helping hand."

Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable and tight. Leg room is not existent."

Pros: "-Great food -Great room -Great people"
Cons: "-Movies were the same; not much to pick from"

Pros: "The flight attendants were excellent. The dinner was similar to business class but the breakfast was just a slice of bread."
Cons: "The leg room was too small and the seat did not recline enough to have a decent sleep."

Cons: "The flight from Toronto to DFW was a basic experience. It was the last leg of a long trip, so our family did our best to sleep through the late flight. The only thing I noticed was a generally blasé attitude by the flight attendant when our toddler woke up to ear pain during descent. Her colleagues on the previous leg had been much more helpful. She wasn't rude - just left us to manage the crying, which we were fine to do for what I am sure felt like an eternity to fellow passengers."

Pros: "On board food acceptable"
Cons: "Entertainment system wifi connection kept dropping. Crew were oblivious to the issue and unable to address."

Cons: "Rouge entertainment system is crappy"

Cons: "Previous flight got delayed and Air Canada did everything possible to prevent me from taking my first available connecting flight. They always prefer that we wait!"

Pros: "Calgary airport first and foremost went above and beyond for me. The flight then after was the same, friendly attendants, great smooth flight. 5 stars for staff."
Cons: "The headphones are bad, i had my own headphones so it was fine. I did go w the air canada ones first just out of convenience, but they were fuzzy, probably would have ruined the movies."

Pros: "We flew Toronto to Milan"
Cons: "Air canada doesn't know how to run an airline and should stop trying. They are hurting all of their passengers, and they do not care."

Pros: "Great gluten free meal. Calling ahead of time to order was well worth it."

Pros: "It was good flight experience. Friendly staff and comfortable flight."
Cons: "The entertainment system was very old and kept freezing. It was difficult to use."

Cons: "First it was delayed because of the aircraft, then it was delayed some more because of the bags on the plane but no passengers - bag owners . Then it was delayed because the ramp crew could not be found to remove the bags. Then it was delayed because of the weather ..."

Pros: "Team was accommodating and helped with my4 year old kid to make the travel experience easier."
Cons: "Had to pay extra for bags. Policy wasn't clear when purchasing tickets, and was surprised to pay $25 per bag."

Pros: "The plane was spacious with comfortable seats. Entertainment selections were a highlight. I liked that they offered your buds. Not nearly as bad as United despite some customer service issues."
Cons: "Our tables were dirty so we could not set our drinks and food on them. When we were boarding, one of the crew members was yelling at an older Asian lady. She was in the wrong seat but she obviously did not speak English. She was also of the age where she could have had dementia. He said that she was responsible for holding up the plane and the boarding process. On the return flight, I encountered a very rude boarding agent. Her actions warranted an apology, but I did not receive one. She just would not look at me."

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "Entertainment system is outdated and not functional"

Pros: "Air Canada accommodated me on an earlier flight saving me 3 hrs."

Pros: "The trip from Kelowna to Vancouver was amazing. Quick very pleasant."

Pros: "In attempt to recover the failure, they gave one complimentary drink."
Cons: "Planes got messed up which caused groups to get separated. Plane went from a two aisle plane to a single aisle. They had some sort of excuse but I am sure it was primarily to save money since the flight was not full. In flight entertainment kept restarting and the head jack hardly worked. Flight was delayed over an hour due to the plane switch. Also, to top it off they had one attendant that was dutied out so we had to wait longer for another flight attendant. This should have already been figured out before. I have flown Air Canada a lot and this was just not like them. Quite disappointed."

Pros: "The experience was par for the course. No frills, no pleasantries, only water and juice on offer, but the A330 was great."

Cons: "A totally unremarkable experience. There is no wifi and no extra legroom option. This is a very "economy" level of service for an international flight. Packed in like sardines, offered gross food, hardly anything to entertain you and they literally never stop walking up and down the aisles with carts so good luck going to the bathroom. (that could be said of almost any flight nowadays)."

Pros: "The flight attendant were good and professional."
Cons: "There was an overbooking, so I gave up my place for someone else to travel in exchange of compensation. The flight back to Toronto from Atlanta was delayed by 2 hours and a half, which put me in risk to miss my connection flight. The plane was small and there was not enough space for mid size people."

Pros: "Nice staff. Efficient boarding."
Cons: "No basic food for free."

Pros: "Staff and food"
Cons: "We lost one of our bags"

Pros: "Crew was pleasent."
Cons: "Plane is so small my knees are in the back of the chair in front of me. I'm tall but this is the only airline I've had this issue with and I have flown a lot over the past 5 years."

Pros: "It was great."
Cons: "Like to be able to pick my seat ahead of time without a charge."

Cons: "I missed the flight"

Pros: "The in flight entertainment was great!"

Pros: "Flight and attendants great! A second offering of coffee would have been appreciated!"
Cons: "Lines were confusing to me. Kiosk machines for boarding passes clogged lines. Only 3 staff working security lines after a long weekend! 3 sets of married couples that I knew of couldn't be seated together! Airport personnel not very helpful and rather cranky!"

Cons: "The departure time for the flight was 6:00am and there was no one in the check in counter until 4:15am. There was a long queue for the check in. Not a pleasant waiting time for the check in"

Pros: "Never thought Canada air is so bad in international air services. Would never use Canada Air for my international travel in the future."
Cons: "no entertainment in flight during almost 3-4 hours of flying time."

Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "Nothing, everything was bad. Flight were late and service was really bad. I will never fly Air Canada again!"

Pros: "Great staff"

Cons: "Some crew members were not always kind."

Pros: "The comfort of a Dash 8 was surprising. The seats have a suitable amount of leg room which I'm actually scared to mention so they don't add an extra seat to each row to take it away. Not too much, not too small, just right for a 6 foot man to not have his knees pressed against the seat in front for the whole ride"
Cons: "Where to start? Dash 8's shake, rattle and roll for the whole trip. Felt like we could fall out of the sky at any time. Staff don't care. Split our group after rescheduling due to aircraft issues despite seats available on both connectors. Said to wait until next stop to fix. Next stop said nothing they can do since we checked a bag. Put 2 hours between arrivals just because they can. Blamed it on the computer. Did provide a $10 meal voucher. Good to know Air Canada values my total trip delay time at $2/hr"

Pros: "The crew appeared overworked and understaffed. I feel that there should have been at least 2 to 4 more to help with the large number of passengers on the plane. It appeared to be more than full and perhaps extra seating was added."
Cons: "The plane was overcrowded. Seating was extremely uncomfortable and much too narrow. I am a relatively thin person but the person to my right was large and kept on pushing into me during the entire flight. Plus it took us over an hour and 30 minutes before we left the airport because we had to wait until the entire plane off boarded before a wheelchair could be brought for my wife. After the wheelchair was brought and we picked up our luggage, (2 bags), which by the way were the last 2 on the carousel, there was only one line through customs for people with special needs. By the time we left the airport I spent at least 45 minutes trying to find the cab which had been sent from Rochester, NY to pick us up and when I finally found him he wasn't allowed to stop in the taxi lane to pick us up in the taxi lane because he wasn't an authorized cab in spite of the fact that I told the security person that my wife was in a wheelchair and the weather was close to 0 degrees celsus and it was snowing."

Pros: "Entertainment was decent, and one of the crew members was very kind. The others seemed overworked."
Cons: "Flight was delayed two hours for maintenance, which was better than flying with a maintenance problem. Would have appreciated better information/communication about the delay."

Pros: "The menu says aperitif will be served before the meal but you have to ask and the attitude is oh ok but it's really not our role to serve you. Ask for a pizza or hot dog after eight hours of the 15 hour journey and its sorry we don't have any - yeah really!!! Lost one of our ski bags coming back and one bag going to Vancouver - after 5 days missing - not our problem mate call central baggage! I had three bags coming home - I'm gold stays no excess baggage - going there we stopped overnight in Vancouver - BAM $251 excess baggage charge - they are inconsistent and won't respond to emails or phone calls. Fly United and save yourself the misery of poor service."
Cons: "Customer service in flight, baggage services, quality of entertainment, thank god got the larger 380 seats"

Cons: "The flight was late. They did not tell us that there would be a delay until a few minutes before our take off time. When they finally did tell us there was a delay they said it would be 15 minutes. The flight ended up being an hour late. The lack of communication was very frustrating."
