People were friendly. Flight was a little delayed. Maybe I missed the reason for it. Overall a nice experience.
The flight itself was great. But we had to wait over an hour to deplane so I missed my train. Not the crews fault. They were wonderful!

Very terrible/ never will I fly this airline again. Poor service in the plane. They cancelled a flight without booking another. All the way around it was too awful.
The whole staff was amazing. Courteous and so helpful. Smiling all the time.
Over all it was great. My original flight was canceled but they quickly rebooked me. I was frustrated because I had to cancel my entire plans for the day but all considered, not bad. The crew tried to keep us calm while we sat in the plane for was felt was an hour or so but they could use a bit of a script. The seats were comfortable and I would give it another try.
Having the internet available while flying was great. Better than having to choose from watching movies from a limited selection.
Not able to get boarding pass for domestic connection flight when check in at international airport. I was told I need to get connection flight boarding pass after I entered US. It us very inconvenient.
I was very impressed at how Alaska Airlines handles people with medical needs.
Check in & bag drop was straightforward. Alaskair changed the gate approx 40 min before departure, and I only became aware due to Google wallet update to my boarding pass. Had to move from gate N1 to C9 which required use of the Train, luckily I had time available.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable

Decent entertainment although my wife was not offered any ear buds so couldn’t enjoy. Real issue was the appalling food. Presentation was unacceptable with cheap hard to open packaged bread, plastic cheese again in hard to open shrink wrap, main course in small cardboard box again hard to open, wooden utensils which lack substance making the whole experience poor. Surprised I didn’t cover myself or neighbour as the food moved all over the place. Breakfast calzone was dry and unappealing with the staff basically throwing them around. Very disappointed
The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Very short flight. No food or entertainment required. Nice crew. Flight left late.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

Just fine, got me from point a to point b, nothing to complain about.
Crew at gate and onboard were just very OK, not very friendly and honestly seemed bothered to be there. I will give a shout out to still selling headphones for those who forgot.
Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.
The plane was delayed an hour. Heard from other passengers that the Vancouver connection to SFO was never on-time.
I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!
I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
Good flight, friendly crew and overall - good service on United Airlines.
Good overall but I’m 5’10 and seating is always tight
