It departed an hour and a half late because the crew got in late the previous night due to weather related problems. So we got into LA later than anticipated and traffic was much worse.
Good. I didn’t order food and there was no entertainment available.
Flight was delayed with no explication. There was ice falling out of vents on me.
It is a hassle to not have entertainment screens on the backs of the seats.
I had to cancel this trip due to medical reasons. I took out flight insurance but I was unable to cancel my reservation on either Kayak or Alaska. I need proof that I did not take this flight to get my refund. I have tried for a week and a half together that information from either Kayak or Alaska but so far I have gotten no response. I am very disappointed!
Attentive and kind staff. Decent boarding for wheelchair bound partner, off boarding is a little lengthy due to waiting for everyone to deplane before aisle chair can arrive. Not sure if there’s a better option.
I had to change my flight last minute due to a medical emergency. Their agent was compassionate and extremely helpful. This airlines really cares about making travel, for fun, work, or an emergency a customer-focused experience. Thank you!
Made up time on a late flight and made the connection
This is the best experience I've had since I started flying with Alaska Airlines; excellent in every way.
No healthy food choices. There was no in flight entertainment .
Could not make the flight. No one would help us at all
Decent entertainment although my wife was not offered any ear buds so couldn’t enjoy. Real issue was the appalling food. Presentation was unacceptable with cheap hard to open packaged bread, plastic cheese again in hard to open shrink wrap, main course in small cardboard box again hard to open, wooden utensils which lack substance making the whole experience poor. Surprised I didn’t cover myself or neighbour as the food moved all over the place. Breakfast calzone was dry and unappealing with the staff basically throwing them around. Very disappointed
The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

Crew at gate and onboard were just very OK, not very friendly and honestly seemed bothered to be there. I will give a shout out to still selling headphones for those who forgot.
Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.
The plane was delayed an hour. Heard from other passengers that the Vancouver connection to SFO was never on-time.
I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!
I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
