I was in the very last row, across from the restrooms. It was Okay--no odors--but impossible to move the seat back, and there are no upper usable luggage compartments that far back. Not a problem for me as I didn't need one, but for other passengers, it did create a problem. It was a comfortable flight.

The plane is small and cramped. Only two snacks. No tv in the seat. Crew was great and the airport staff was great also! We boarded quickly and plane staff was friendly and kind
Alaska was a fair airline to fly. Lots of fees to upgrade (better seats, refundable tickets, baggage fees etc) but these are pretty standard with all airlines. Oh and the seats are NOT comfortable for plus sizes, but I've found that true for all airlines except Southwest. The baording process could have been more organized but since we all have assigned seats I guess it doesn't matter when you get on the plane. In flight entertainment includes free wi-fi and lots of movie options to play on your own device. Not bad.
I was upgraded to first class which made the whole experience absolutely wonderful!!
The flight kept getting delayed for 6 hours until it was finally cancelled
As soon as we arrived Ash greeted us with a warm smile, positive attitude, and was incredibly helpful. He again met us at the counter by the gate and prepared us for our long trip to the Philippines. We shared some small talk on the jet bridge as he was passing by. The best experience I have ever had with any airline. Keep up the good work!
Most everything was as expected, but the flight attending crew were loud and obnoxious.
Great flight and friendly staff. Unfortunately, takeoff was delayed, but due to weather.
This is a horrible experience. I purchased upgraded seats months ahead of time. Seat 6A specifically for my wife, and 7B for myself. On the day of travel, we were issued boarding passes that reflected the seats that we purchased. However, at the gate when checking on to the airplane, we were told that our seats have been changed to the very back of the row next to the restroom. I explained that I purchased the seats ahead of time. And that this was important to us, hence why we plan ahead.the agent apologized and said that CA was given to somebody else so their family could sit next to each other. Family, who evidently did not plan ahead. Nor did they pay extra for that seat. Subsequently, my seat was also changed. I was told this was because somebody was handicapped and knew that seat. I can understand boarding early if you’re handicapped, but what does 20 feet of distance matter at all. I watched. I can understand boarding early if you’re handicapped, but what does 20 feet of distance matter at all. I watched the so-called handicapped couple haggle and Hagle and Hagle and eventually the agent came in. They were Indian couple and I can assure you they were not handicap. I can also assure you that they did not pay extra for that seat like I did. This is some of the worst performance, and as well as customer service I have ever experienced. This is absolutely Unacceptable. The agent said I can file a complaint and try to get a refund issued for the extra money for those seats. I simply said to the agent the same thing I will say to you. I don’t care about the extra money. I wanted the seat. I paid for the seat. I expect a full refund for both of those tickets at a minimum. I hope you feel this is not reflect Alaska Airlines. I hope you will make it right.
The plane was late 4 hours without asking the person at the counter did as much as he could to accommodate my situation after knowing I had to catch another flight. He gave me the option of flying that day or the next and made sure I had a place to stay for the night. He went above and beyond what was expected. Los Angeles was a bit of a problem the person at the gate was a bit rude but the second person was a lot nicer.
Delayed by 4 hours. Missed connection back to UK. Ended up 24 hours late with an overnight delay. Westjet offered hotel accommodation but when we got to the hotel they said it was fully booked. Terrible experience
I always worry about flying budget airlines but I was impressed by Westjet. The checkin agent was terrific. Seated my husband & me together w/o us asking. TSA checkin was smooth & easy. Plane was clean & comfortable. Drink & snack was unexpected. I will fly with them again.
Horrible. I couldn’t add bags or pick seats through the app or website. I called and they told me to wait until checkin. They changed my itinerary to include an overnight layover. Still couldn’t add bags. When it came time to check in, I couldn’t check in or add bags and the error message in the app said “don’t call us, just do it at the airport “. Woke up the day of the flight and they changed the itinerary again to not include any WestJet flights but didn’t give me the new reservation code so it took me a long time to figure out how to check In on the other airline. And I wasted $200 on a hotel in a city I never went to. And our seats in the new flight weren’t together even though I was traveling with my kid and they could have paired her with either adult. Instead they put the 2 adults together and the kid by herself
Was very busy with people crowding around as we were waiting for all wheelchairs but once out of the immediate area we were able to load onto a vehicle for our next gate
Travelled with my mother in law and made sure she has wheelchair access. Very efficient travel. There was always someone waiting for her when she got off the plane
Flight was canceled last minute and no re-booking was offered. Had to buy a same day flight from another carrier at double the price. I’ll never fly WestJet again.
Bad flight cancellations no notice until 11:00 pm could not call no response from them would not call back chat was not working had too book another flight ask for my money back so far only 97:00 of the 430:00 is pending in my account not sure what too do next
Took 45 minutes to check into the flight as their web page keys crashing and was unbelievably show. First flight was cancelled at 10pm the night before a 6:30amd flight and I got a text saying they'd rescheduled me for *2 days later*. Given the trip was for meetings that didn't work so I spent over an hour and a half on hold and on the phone rescheduling. They tell me to check in online while on the phone. It crashes repeatedly. I can't check in. They say, "that happens, it'll probably be ok". Woke up to find the 2nd flight was delayed due to "lack of crew availability" enough that I'd miss my connection (30 minutes to change terminals, go through security and customs). Another 1.5 hours on hold and taking to support when I hear, "I think I have a solution" just before I get hung up on. Call back, another 45 minutes on hold. Previous agent had left no notes so had to start from scratch. Another hour and 45 on the phone. Only flights they could offer involved a 5 hour layover, get into LAX (not my destination) atfter 10pm, then find one of their agents to geta voucher for a hotel (they won't issue vouchers until you land), get to hotel, get about 4 hours sleep, catch a 6am flight to my destination. I gave up and cancelled. Never got to take my trip but spent well over 4 hours on their website and in the phone trying to sort out non-weather, fully in their control problems.
Don’t actually know how this flight would have been since we missed it.
Our flight was delayed 3.5 hours. Maybe next time make sure its on time as stated. The crew did the best they could, given the circumstances.
Flight was delayed and still they didn't manage to transfer my bag to the flight. The onboard staff was quick to show desperation and frustration with the not-so-easy passengers.
Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.
It was fine. Give us free headphones or allow Bluetooth or something, or an app to watch on your phone. Grow up
The nicest thing I can say about Air Canada is that they are consistent. Consistent delays plagued our trip. We never had one leg of the journey as scheduled.
It would’ve been very helpful to have people directing traffic when we got off the plane at the Toronto airport however, the person who appeared to be having that responsibility was sitting on a chair playing on a cell phone instead of doing their job
My mother, 80years old, had arranged for wheelchair assist to and from the aircraft cabin and in the airport but, no one showed up for her to de-plane. Apart from Air Canada having a reputation of being late for every leg of its flight so nothing was new this time so this time they did worse by not assisting seniors. I guess our whole family is done with this airline
The bathroom did not have hand soap. That is unacceptable.
The last minute change of planes, then putting us right beside the bathroom was a poor choice.
The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.
Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.
The crew of this flight, specially the flight attendant in the front were the sweetest I’ve had in all my life, I genuinely hope they get a race or sum cuz of their efforts. It was just quite unsettling that the flight took so long to departure. It was supposed to leave at 10:35pm and we ended up taking off at 11:22pm…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
It’s bare bones but was on time so can’t complain.
Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.
Food selection is very poor and sears are very uncomfortable.
Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.
Seat rows so close together no one dares to put their seats back. Knees pressed against the seat in front, had to find a position putting my legs under the seat in front. But for 6 hours keeping that one position was ridiculous. All savings on the purchase price are taken back through charge backs for luggage $200 each way, Seat selection $44 per seat or you are seated by a computer randomly. Wife sat 5 rows away. Would avoid Flair in the future
The flight was safe (priority). Everything else is low-cost: too hard, delays, mediocre boarding, cost for carry-on and checked luggage.
Flair flight was 4 hours late due to not having a crew and the plane was filthy. Just water service Terrible experience flight 1513
