Took 3 hours to check in and drop off our suitcases. Half of the passengers were still in line by boarding time. The computer systems and staff were very slow. Staff were also disorganized and kept allowing later flights to skip lines. Suitcases were piling on that several other passengers didn't get their suitcases. Then, we were sitting in the plane for 2 hours and were told that the flight was overbooked. We missed our connecting flight and had to fly the following day but with a stop over. Good thing ONE WestJet customer rep was pleasant and actually knew how to do her job when we wanted to rebook to a direct flight. Thank you to Kim at Toronto airport. Terrible experience at PUJ. Won't go back to Dominican Republic.

Got home 30 min earlier than anticipated. A welcome result when you're tired from a long day of travel. Customs and bags were quick and we were home in no time.

Arrival at Comox from, London,ON 6 hours later... No bueano

Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!

Lots of overhead storage, good crew, good service, smooth landing.

I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.

Flight diverted but info was really poor, ev3n with airport staff. The cats desi was a km away ,

I booked through westjet. The first flight left late and cost us the connection to the second flight. The second flight after a 4 hour delay was again late because they were short an attendant. Then a door malfunctioned on the plane which led to yet another plane. So by the time we left Calgary we missed the BC ferry and had to pay a charge to get a later one. It ended up being a 24 hour day. That wrecked our first day and part of the second day in BC because we were so overtired.

Our trip was booked to be 2 hours after arriving in Calgary but it was changed until the next morning forcing us to stay overnight in Calgary with no compensation
