They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat

I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

We were treated well by the staff at the airport and on board aircraft. Delay was uncontrollable due to the weather. Had to wait for another gate as we were late landing in Fort Lauderdale.

I was supose to have a carrey on incluided for each passenger and they made me paid 75$ each at the gate.

Great crew and entertaining Captain. Seats were not what we had expected based on my booking but things worked out in the end. Of course, like all airlines these days not enough leg or elbow room.

The Turkish was good . I had a problem with air Transat terrible experience for me

I did not like I have been charged for my carry on

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

Very good. A lot better experience then I expected for an economy flight.

The flight from Lisbon to Toronto was delayed and then our connecting flight in Vancouver was delayed due to “unscheduled maintenance “. We boarded and then had to get off the plane and wait. We were over three hours delayed in Vancouver and missed our final connection to Saskatoon. We were forced to overnight in Vancouver arriving in Saskatoon at noon the next day. That’s over a 12 hour delay getting home.

I want to thank Carlos at the Miami AC desk - he was amazing and went over and above to help us out. Thank you Carlos and all the best to you!!! You made our faith in AC feel great! Sincerely, David Cubitt

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. After a considerable wait in the queue, Air Canada customer service was very helpful to get us on another flight. I am disappointed to report our rescheduled flight is for three days from now. Three days of extra expenses and inconvenience is unacceptable.

The plane was almost an hour delayed and then once we were on board, they said that captain didn’t have enough hours left in his day to fly us so they had to find another captain. Surely that could’ve been figured out out in advance. Incredibly frustrating because I missed my connection in Toronto, and it has a result missed the first day of my conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.

Mechanical issue caused me to be stuck in Vancouver for 2 days

The last 3 hours it was freezing cold in row 56. Multiple people had their winter coats on and were utilizing the blankets provided by the airline. I also did not have easy access to figure out how to book my food allergy and advance for my meals. Most of everything I received was something I couldn't eat. This needs to be made more accessible. Also, I'm 5'10 which is the average height of the American male. I flew from Philadelphia to Toronto and then to Tokyo and the seats were absolutely unbearable. For that long of a flight it is impossible to get comfortable when doing anything. Flights need to have more space and stop prioritizing costs over people.

The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.

We had originally booked our flight from Punta Cana to London Ontario but our flight from Toronto to London was rescheduled and we would of had a 14 hour layover in Toronto before caughting our flight to London which is unacceptable. So we canceled our flight to London with no compensation and booked Robert Q Airbus from Toronto to London. We are not planning on using Air Canada for any more travel trips. In the last year and a half, Air Canada has rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London 3 times and forced me to cancel the flight and take Robert Q to London to avoid a long layover in Toronto. I received no compensation for the flight which is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the way Air Canada always rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London.

I wish Air Canada would provide a meal on the 5 hrs or more time flight to the passengers.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Come on. A two hour, 7am flight and a small bottle of water and a tiny chocolate bar was provided. No coffee, no nothing. Poor.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

Both flights were delayed over 1 hour. And I had to pay for seats, even though my reservation supposedly included free seat selection.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

It was as good as a flight in economy can be.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded
