I was a good trip, except for one thing.
I was very upset when travelling from Mumbai to London, Heathrow, because the crew in Mumbai did not send my baggage directly to Toronto and I had to go through the whole process of checking in Montreal to travel to Toronto, which was my last destination.
Crew were good, the food was mediocre when they served lunch - but then there was nothing more to eat until nearly the end of a 9 hour flight, by which time it was past 10.30pm back in London. At that point, all that was offered was half a sandwich and a biscuit.
In-flight entertainment didn't work at first, and then when it started, kept on threatening to shut itself down every time I moved. The selection was ok but nothing compared to other airlines. The screen was tiny and low resolution. The seats were old - the same ones as when BA introduced their premium economy back in 2000. The aircraft was desperately in need of a refresh.

Being charged for everything! Even a coke....really! Couldn't reserve a seat until 24 hrs. without paying extra .
Crew were great.
Stop trying to be a budget airline and invest in your customers rather than shareholders. Need better seats, free meals on 4+ hour flights, and entertainment. Also, the plane was old and definitely needed interior work (call buttons and lights were constantly flashing and ringing for the last 30 minutes of the flight).
The last two times we connected in Amsterdam to Humberside our luggage was delayed. This time it wasn’t. The simple things give the greatest satisfaction
It was announced I can choose between fish and chicken meal but when I requested for fish meal, I was told it’s finished. My seat was 21, and it surprised me. If something can be changed about that then your services would be much appreciated. Thank you.
The flight attendants could not do enough for you.
Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in.
787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach.
I don’t like the limited choice of drinks on these short KLM flights.
kayak was poop for help for me.
The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future
Crew are rude. They look always hurry, don't care what passengers need. Food is terrible, there is a menu, but when we ask for food on menu, they said no more, only this one left, so i skipped meal.
1. I had one empty seat next to me. 2. Australian Open (tennis) was live on my tv screen!
Although the crew was quite nice, one crew member was kind so-so.

The seats in Economy are too close together. A few more inches would make things better. The food was okay, some parts good, others so-so
