Cons: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Pros: The crew that greeted us (and sorted out seats) was excellent.

Cons: We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Pros: The whole process from check-in to getting luggage was smooth.

Cons: Food wasn't great. It wasn't terrible either but I've had better.

Pros: The crew was spot on with there interacting with us passengers and very good doing there job

Cons: Plane was hot. Was in the back and had to sit for a while before air was turned on. No entertainment. Bad weather made our flight 2 hours longer. Couldn’t sleep on overnight flight as ailes were busy for the rest room.

Pros: Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service.

Cons: The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience.

Cons: Awful experience, we're travelling with a Toddler and they didn't have any consideration at all...the staff always with a bad attitude

Cons: The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness.

Cons: Exit seat wasnt a full exit seat just a slightly larger row and did not recline. Seats were smaller than usual too.

Pros: We (my wife and I) are able to sear together in a two-seat configuration.

Cons: Seat space and even worse when people in front of us move the seat back...I, as a rule, do not want to bother those behind so, as a rule I do not move my seat from the upright position..

Cons: The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

Cons: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Cons: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.
