Cons: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Pros: The staff was impeccable. Boarding was great. My seat was not comfortable, but what can we say?

Cons: There was no entertainment on board. That was not cool. We had to download the app, but WiFi was not included.

Cons: Complimentary ear plugs and eye mask would have been great.

Cons: Serving something substantial to eat would be nice.

Pros: Polite crew

Cons: Having air conditioning on an aircraft is critical on a hot summer day. Especially when a flight is delayed 2 hours on the tarmac! Miserable.

Cons: 3 hr delay. Had to finally swap airplanes.

Cons: Not being delayed for 6 hours would’ve been better.

Pros: Great crew, easy process overall

Cons: Make 1st class cheaper and give free wifi!

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Pros: Super crew. Reasonably good food. Liked how safety conscious crew was.

Pros: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Pros: Crew was very congenial, upbeat, and accommodating. As there were several rows with no passengers, the crew offered me a seat in an empty row for my comfort and it was most appreciated

Pros: business class seats at the time of the sleep was very uneven and uncomfortable, foods and coffees were cold.

Cons: Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine.

Pros: Flight departed on time. Good seat pitch in economy. Food and beverages included and tasted good surprisingly. Crew were helpful and efficient. Plenty of entertainment options for film, TV and music.

Cons: Do not like the process of boarding by group number. Another way of squeezing money out of the consumer. Also causes chaos when trying to board. Seats too narrow in economy especially if your broad shouldered.

Pros: No complaints about the flight or the crew.

Cons: Delayed repeatedly. 3 hours behind schedule and no clear explanation was offered.

Pros: Crew was gracious, kind, and accommodating; plenty of leg room and comfortable seat on the A321; liked the “My Flight” option on the screen

Cons: Real time video feed from cameras in the nose and underbelly of the plane in flight

Pros: The flight attendant (age gentleman) with the quite sense of humor, and converse with a measure of ease. A role model for others, a nice aptitude than one can learn from.

Cons: Just keep up the good work and always work towards self development. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, with respect.

Pros: Everything ok. I was hoping to buy food but glad to see almonds as one of the free snacks. Delta seems to be upping its game a bit lately.

Cons: No US carrier seems able to master smooth boarding without standing waits.

Cons: The economy seats were really tiny, this made the flight fairly uncomfortable

Cons: Cabin did not was clean and had very bad odor. Entertainment system is old and was inactive some minutes during the trip.

Cons: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move

Cons: I really wonder about the boarding procedure... isn't "back to front" more efficient? What is this Comfort +, Main Cabin 1, Main Cabin 2, Basic thing? Is that supposed to make you feel better because you paid for a seat selection?!

Cons: Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is.

Pros: The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating.

Cons: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.
