Excellent 10.0

Pros: Nice people

Cons: Waiting at gate in KC

CVG
Okay 5.0

Pros: The flight attendants were helpful, the flight was smooth.

Cons: I was unable to check in online without a delta confirmation number and I had booked through west jet. The flight was delayed 40 min so I arrived later and I was removed from the flight. I got through security and customs with plenty of time and managed to get back on the flight. It was all around just annoying.

LAX

Good 6.0

Pros: One of the flight attendants was nice.

Cons: 5+ hours and just some bagged snacks. Had to wait forever for soda. Screen was difficult to work - touch wasn’t working. Much smaller program selection than flights 6 days ago from RSW to LAX via ATL.

Excellent 10.0

Pros: I’m always pleased with our delta flights to and from Atlanta. Our flight was on time, the comfort plus seats are comfy enough, and the flights are quick and easy.

Cons: Everything was great on our flight.

Good 6.6

Pros: Crew was efficient and personable.

Cons: Two and a half hour delay leaving EWR because aircraft was late from prior destination. UAL said FAA limited flights coming in due to weather. Although scattered light rain, no seemingly unusual weather at EWR. No special reward once on the flight to make up for that delay (I.e. still charged for snacks and alcoholic drinks). Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited.

Cons: Check in crew was so inflexible, and demanding. She wanted me to open a careful-sealed box just to take a pound out. Whrist my other luggage was only 48 pounds! I understand it is part of my fault not to be careful when weigh the boxes but she should have asked nicely. I would rate 0 for the bad behavior. This is not a first time I have bad experienced with United Airlines. I would not recomend this airlines.

Excellent 8.3

Pros: The arrival gate was extemely close to the departing gate. I did not have to walk the usually long and exhausting distance from one terminal to another. Thank goodness.

Cons: Broarding was well organized by groups andmoved quickly. The choice of dinner was not an option. By the time the stewardess reached me, only pasta was left. But having italian gelato for dessert was an acceptable compensation. Breakfast ,however, was ho..hummm without any redeeming compensation. choice of beverages was refreshing.

Pros: eventually getting home and the woman next to me with whom I was able to discuss our shared misery.

Cons: Worst experience. My connecting flight I had originally booked was cancelled, leaving. me with a six hour layover. I had no desire to shop duty free and was tired from my previous flight so I went to the gate which my flight would eventually leave from. While standing, since seating was extremely limited, and sitting at this gate I observed that every flight was either delayed or cancelled. Employees milled about with their backs to passengers with little regard to those inconvenienced, they seemed to be completely clueless when asked simple questions. The Pearson Airport was the most disorganized and inconvenient airport I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The toilet on this flight was broken and we were only informed right before boarding, making the decision to go while I could I missed them saying they were going to take our carry on bags away from us to stow below. I had medicine and camera lenses and other items I was wary of leaving my possession and had to sit on the tarmac a few minutes to re-situate my personal items. I have no intentions of flying through Pearson ever again.

Pros: Nothing, I was rebooked for next day but was routed with connection through Chicago

Cons: Flight was cancelled due to lack of crew and I was rebooked with a connection through Chigago. while Air Canada provided a room and food vouchers it took 2 hours to get bag and caused significant disruption to my plans. Very displeased.

Good 6.5

Pros: The flight attendant.

Cons: Toronto Terminal F is kind of how I envision a third-world country. At least at the higher-number gates, it's very dreary, with an occasional flying insect and signs hanging from the ceiling. Worse is the lack of air conditioning and the sporadic wi-fi service. Worst of all was the almost two-hour delay and changing our departure gate at least five times. Two fellow passengers (one a native of Toronto) said it was always like that. The trip from Toronto to London and back was fine, but I'll try very hard to avoid Air Canada and its Terminal F.

Cons: On both segments of the trip American changed my seat which I. I’d not realize until boarding. Way to late to protest. You pay for preferred seating but then get bumped to a lousy seat with no explanation. Likely because I was a single traveler and an American employee wanted my seat. Better not happen on the return flight

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
