They lost my checked in luggage, why do I pay for my cargo not arriving at the same destination as me?
Poor planning meant the plane was delayed an hour, then a thunder storm started and the ground staff couldn't work. Eventual arrival in Santiago was 3 hours late resulting in missed connections and the need to buy new tickets.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!
The pork noodles were disgusting. The tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna and the bread was stale. A salad would have been better. An apple or a muffin.
Air Canada is the worst but the only option for my route

This leg was run by United. Food was ok and the regular menu was actually not good ( Hindu meal was fine). Crew was fantastic
The air hostesses were pleasant and helpful Food was great
It was good service. The very low economic seats where not comfortable

There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals
They gave us chocolates twice (for whoever would like an extra chocolate - kids did!). I asked for an extra water, and I was given one. Crew was very friendly!

The row of seats were so cramped it was difficult to get in and out of your seat. I even upgraded. A long flight and sad accommodations 😵💫 the shorter flight was very comfortable and the seating was spacious
They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
I bought a ticket and paid for for our luggage but I had to pay for my luggage again. I’m so disappointed! We had a 30 min delay and because of that we missed our connecting flight and were told that we would be on the next flight (9am flight ) but we were landed we were booked at 12pm flight. I had a little baby w me, it was very stressful. I begged to leave at 10 am at least. I was emailed that we get a voucher but they didn’t work when we were at a breakfast store. I’ve been always happy w Lufthansa but this time was awful.
