Cons: "Since I have pretty broad shoulders, it’s difficult to sleep in the isles. Not to mention the multiple babies crying. Outside of that, everything was wonderful."
Pros: "Business class from Bangkok to San Francisco was good overall, especially for $1400 one way. Food was not very good for business class, was more in line with JAL, EVA, Korean or ANA econo class but again, for the price, no complaints. Great friendly service, quick boarding. Priority Pass didn't have a lounge in Manila but thankfully, Philippines Air had their own lounge with great food and drinks for 1st Class and Business class ticket holders. Plane from BKK to Manila was NICE and comfy, all latest technology with beautiful fully adjustable chairs that lay flat. Would fly with them again!"

Cons: "During the long 15hour layover to Bali, lunch and dinner vouchers were provided as long as you stay in the terminal. However, if you decide to leave the terminal, you had to relinquish the vouchers. No access was given to use the Mabuhay lounge and there’s not much options for rest or entertainment at Terminal 2."

Coming: They allowed us to transfer to the international terminal where we were made to wait 8 hours OUTSIDE the terminal area. There were few seats, it was cold and NO food venders. Will NEVER fly into Manilla again."

We were stuck at Manila international airport and not allowed to leave after coming through immigration! 8 hours in a terrible airport with no proper restaurant or bar! Only snack and coffee shops. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so that we could have at least gone into town."

Pros: "HNL to MNL - cost me 10hrs of my precious time as the plane was diverted to Clatk International Airport. MNL to SING - flight was delayed for an hour. SING to MNL - status update from PAL indicated our flight was changed from 10:30 to 11:30 therefore my connecting flight to HNL as well as arrival time has also changed. VERY POOR PAL AIRPORT FACILITY FOR HAVJNG ONLY ONE WORKING RESTROOM FOR THE WHOLE TERMINAL! With flights getting delayed people are anxious and frustrated. There are no place to relaxed and calm down. Staff are everywhere standing and glaring so as the other passenger. Worst airport ever!"

Pros: "Flight was supposed to leave at 7:30 PM, but got delayed to a 10 PM takeoff. You'd think the crew would be apologetic, attentive and considerate given the time change, but it was even the lead flight attendant who kept making announcements (duty free, serving dinner, weather, time, seatbelt status change, everything). Nighttime flights are supposed to be more peaceful with announcements kept to a minimum, right?"
