I did not like that economy pax are limited to 1 checked in luggag. I think 2 in more ideal especially for an international flight.

Justfly.com is awful and I wish kayak would stop sending customers to it. I will no longer use kayak because this is the second time my ticket has ended up being purchased through justfly.

Food and drinks

There were no personal TVs and the small TV in the overhead was hard to see and only played 1 movie. The seats were really small and space was tight.

The crew was friendly and efficient, and made all the difference.

Since we booked online, we were told that we couldn’t pre-book our seats for this flight. So even though we arrived more than three hours ahead, we couldn’t sit together for this nine hour flight. After having the same thing happen on the way to Barcelona, it was really disappointing.

Roomier seats overall, the headrest screens and USB ports are great!

We paid extra for seats with more leg room and got the same as everyone else. Why the charge? Our departure was delayed. The plane had some sort of fragrance regularly coming thru the ventilation that irritated my sinuses and made me ill. The water for the only service on the flight (for coach anyway) was warm and tasted odd. Cabin temperature was too warm (multiple logical arguments can be made for cooler temps over warmer)

Flight kept getting delayed without explanation or rescheduling. Each "new" time had already passed when it was set, e.g., "The new departure time is noon" when it was already 12:15.

Nothing

Wasn’t warned on website about applying for ETA. Airline didn’t accommodate me in this situation and proceed to charge me $100 to change my flight.

Nothing particularly good about this airline.

Flights are always delayed. You can just look up their average delay and compare it to other airlines. This last time, my flight was 4 hours delayed, which was announced by 30 minutes increments.

Crew were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful. Great entertainment system.

The food is terrible, overcooked watery beefless beef dishes. Better ti brng your own food.

The flight was operated by Air Canada, who habitually assume either that the people in the final row have no hand luggage or simply suffer from a severe lack of operational storage capacity. Overhead bins full of spare plastic cups. As far as the crew are concerned, no problem, because you can just push your way three or four rows forward while everyone else is boarding and then take someone else's overhead space. When will Air Canada learn how to run an airline?

The flight was on time. The plane was clean. The temperature in the plan was good.

It was a little more turbulent than I expected.

Three hour delay, endless gate changes and basically no information shared as to what was causing all the problems. Don't think I'll use Air Canada again if they can be avoided.
