Cons: "Air Canada connecting flight from LA was 1 hr late coming in and no indication was given whether the flight to Milan would wait, nor any help was given in getting us to the gate. We barely made it through crowds at the adjacent gates and only because we heard our name called before closing the gate. A bit of coordination and desire to help would have gone a long way in helping navigate access through a long and less than walker-friendly set of terminals."

In the event of turbulence it would have been easy to sustain a massive blow to the head from the seat in front of me during a whiplash type motion.
