When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.
The ceiling leaked water on me. The toilets smelled very bad in the rear cabin
Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance
We landed 26 min early. It was awesome! Smooth ride too.
When I purchased the flights I included the luggage, the luggage was not added and got charged the full price anyway. Had to pay for the luggage at check in. Initial flight was delayed, we missed our 9am connection (flew with my wife), then the airline rebooks us to the next flights, putting my wife in at 1.40pm and me at 4pm, what a crazy wait time. We managed to fix it with customer service and they put me in the 1:40pm flight too, but they left my baggage behind in the 4pm flight. When arrived to my destination, of course no luggage. It was delivered to the address thankfully late at night. The experience sucked.

There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .
Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!
Was not sent a link to check in online. Tried to check in online using website. Site didn’t work. Called support line, was told it often didn’t work. Went to counter at airport to check bags and get boarding passes. Had to stand in a lineup. They were unable to tell me how much to pay. Had to take a paper to another counter, took a long time to be told what I owed. I fondly remember the days of checking in online, getting my boarding pass digitally, paying for my luggage on line, scanning my passport at the airport to get my luggage tags, and putting my luggage on the conveyor. Easy peasy. Air Canada has really taken a step back in time, and made what was an easy check in experience to one that seemed unduly long and frustrating.
lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check
The AC could have been better . Other than that , all was good

Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
I did not follow this route as I was forcefully rerouted.
Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
It was okay; however, for a long-haul flight, the economy seats were uncomfortable. The seat cushioning needs to be improved. The food served was below average. The staff was good and courteous. They were attentive and helped the passengers where possible.
