Was the longest flight I have ever taken to Orlando. Not Westjet’s fault necessarily. There was a traffic issue in Orlando. We sat in the airplane for about 2 hrs before leaving Calgary on a 5 hour flight was just a little long to be stuck in the plane. Once we arrived in Orlando we were stuck in traffic on the ground for another 30min. I guess maybe the flight could be delayed so boarding would have been later so we wouldn’t have to have the discomfort of being on the plane so long.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

I wish that seats closer to the front of the plan were available, but when I booked the flight the seats were VERY expensive so I did not book seats at that time. The day before flying only seats at the back of the plane were available. It takes so long to board the plane and empty the plane on arrival due to SO many roller bags.

Good flight. No I’m seat entertainment. But my phone worked just fine on the west jet app.

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

Plane had a flat tire, delayed boarding and takeoff but one in the air, smooth. Make sure you have downloaded the WJ app before you leave. When on board, you can watch movies or TV shows offered on the app, it passed the time very quickly.

Our recent flight from edmontown to kahalui was excellent. The service staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, funny and attentive. Thanks to all involved that made or travel such a pleasant experience and we hope to fly with west jet again soon

The flight was delayed and I missed boarding my 7 day cruise. I had to book a separate flight home

No real issues just wasnt able to hear / understand any announcements flight attendant was making but everything else was really good- ended up checking my carry on case for free which made deboarding quicker. I would fly West Jet for all my flights.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We flew back from NY with another airline and it was horrible. We will always stick with Air Canada as everything was far better!

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.

It was good except it was quite delayed arriving to Newark.

The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.

It was a very pleasant trip from A to Z.

Every leg of my trip with Air Canada was delayed Never offered as much as a small bag of pretzels on. 3 hour trip Printing boarding passes at the airport when told to bring printed boarding passes with you Unable to load passes into my apple wallet- so very easy with other airlines
